- Genshin Impact Co-Op but it's at 5AM... Co-op is sometimes quite an interesting experience, so I went on in the early hours of the morning. Or late hours of the night depending on how you look at it. I can happily say that I was not disappointed. It was quite funny/entertaining.
This time around, wanted to try to get all 4 players to go as Noelle to fight a boss together... It didn't start well, but in the end, I got more than I even asked for. I also just tried to help low-AR players as well.
I played Co-Op with some lower-leveled players, as well as some who were from completely different countries.

When you are in a world from someone else than the ores will be separate so everyone gets some

Unless you mine first and they're too far away ore take to long to collect it because it despawns their copy.
All ores except area special ones, like lapis and electro
The same goes for mob drops in other worlds, like for example hilichurl masks

Actually this is so funny. You didn't even know that both the players in the farming session can pick up ores but making fun of low ARs.
Some people just doesn’t know. I’m AR 52 and I just found that out. It’s not like there’s a guide about it. Besides they’re a low AR, so of course he’s going to assume it’s because they’re not used to the game’s mechanics. He wasn’t particularly making fun of them anyways. 🤨

0:45 Those are actually ores that spawn specifically for you to pick up. In that player’s world, they already picked up the items but it doesn’t pick them up on your screen. Hence, you can pick them up as well and not steal their stuff.
Became an albedo main recently and it’s so cute to watch players play with the flower and jump on it

lol one time i was sucrose in the domain and there were also albedo and when I went to collect the reward, they put albedo flowers underneath so I was floating

Oh , they do pick them up but for these ores (except cor lapis) you can both collect in co op which is why it looks like they didn't collect it for you

Meanwhile I was always using Noelle to beat Geo Hypostasis.
She was my only claymore unit for a long long time and this fight seems to be designed for either claymore or a bow.
One downside is you can't use her Burst, because it deals Geo damage.
I mean her burst is really solid to prevent it from reviving.
You can just go beyblade on the pillars
You can, but for destroying the last 3 pillar faster than attacking without her burst

Noelle is perfectly fine against the geo cube. she works great to break the pillars, even the ones at the end, which can be damaged pretty quickly with her ult. the hypostasis itself might take a while to go down if your normal attacks arent very high on her (which to be fair they almost never are). but its not like, barbara against oceanid level by any means. if you wanna be a mad lad might even use pale flame on her for this one lmao

The reason why you still see the ores in the ground is because all players have different perspectives! Noelle might have collected the ores but you still see them on the ground, its normal! Both of you can pick up the same ores except some like Cor Lapis!
Watching this makes me want to main Noelle and Barbara since they literally carried me through out my low-AR, I'd let you in my world Xade, if only I wasn't in another server. It was really fun watching you play and the sync with the other Noelle player was so satisfying and that multiple Xiangling noises in battle lol
Barbara and Noelle are still among my most used units at AR55. Barbara is maybe the most valuable and Noelle I just want to push to the limit. C6, talents almost maxed. Only Whiteblind is still R2.
I think those other 3 players just forgot that Noelle is perfect for geo cube/hypostasis only use ult when the boss is in low hp and when it summoned the 4 pillars and do spin attack
I love this community. Seeing people from all over having fun and kicking the butts of different bosses as one character, warms my heart.

I don't co op unless my friends need help or just wanna play together, and my friends list... Yeah it's pretty empty besides one or two people I actually talk to. So this is new information to me.

Edit: oh yeah, I know about the copies, I just didn't know what it looked like for the other person

1:07 in co-op if somebody mines an ore then all players can collect it so they likely did get all the ores and you still saw them there because you didn't pick it up on your side

One thing is when ores or anything drops, it drops in both worlds. So even if you take the ores it will still stay in her world
I have actually done this (Fought Geo Cube With Only Neolle's) with these two random dudes and then we fought oceanid with all cryos and right before he said "I love you guys," then we proceeded to win.

That was super amazing!! Today, I co-oped with two albedos and I was laughing the whole time cause of that story-quest lol. I played co-oped all day today, and everyone was so nice 😊

0:47 you don't need to worry about that. Anything that you can destroy and that drops something after (includes drops from mobs, barrels, ores) is shared between players in coop. If you grab it they can still grab it since a "copy" is made. You don't need to worry about grabbing ores. BUT this is not the case for cor lapis, things that just don't drop anything in general (specialties that don't give anything if you destroy them and neither drop themselves).

As a noelle main she us actually good against the cube, yeah her ultimate is not useless for damage but it destroys the pillars quick and there is not any good elements against it so as long is not Ningua you can take it done

Drops from mobs and ores are separate in the worlds.
If there's an ore and one player picks it up, the other player will still have an ore for them to pick up.
Same with mob loot
Helping low level ar players and then getting praised by them is honestly one of the best feeling and it’s fun to play with them cause they are so new to the game and they barely know anything 😂

As a Noelle main this is really fun to watch but also her burst is really good for breaking the geo cube's pillars
For ascension materials like Noctilucus jade, once the host collects it, you can collect yours afterwards. If you collect first though, the host wont be able to collect theirs. (I might be wrong, but this is what I observe happens when I coop with my sis)

In co-op, ore and mob drops are seperate per player. You dont have to worry about stealing anything since each player has their own drops
