I bought my Ranger RS-500 in 2004 it is still working well in a Auto Repair shop & Machine and have used to clean many engine rebuild parts & have had to replace the heater element 0nce and the Motor ( Dayton motor ) for the turn table basket HD Wire wheel for turning the basket and just today replaced the 30 amp breaker for heater it a little hard to clean I do advise using anti seize compound for the drain cap & the heater element threads pretty good for 20 years of service

How do you drain the water and what do you do with it?

On the expensive chemical end I just use the $10 harbor freight degreaser and a product called hold tight to keep parts from rusting. In commonly used for dustless blasting. It's kinda expensive to but it doesn't take much at all for 50 gal. It will last a long time. It's worth trying. $100 I would cry lol

I have a engine shop and have had multiple washers. aXe parts washers are really the best. Better engineering, cuda, temco washers are good as well. You may want to look into EMC washers as they would be good for what you are doing with the atv stuff they just are not really suited for loading up 300lb engine blocks with a hoist like I have to.

Will the pressure of the sprayers take paint off of things like valve covers, clutch covers stator covers?

Good morning friend, I have a question, I have a hydro balst and I want to start working with the equipment. I bought it as a hobby but I want to put it into production. I wanted to know how much I can charge per clean piece, what cost factors do I involve to have a sales price? Can you help me?
