Recently one of the members (D.O) came out with a single song called Mars you could check out.
My favourite title track of EXO is this song TEMPO which is the best song of Exo and one of the best K-pop songs ever. Favourite b side of Exo is Let me in which is totally opposite of this one. They came up with the acapella part while having fun with their vocals in the studio. They're actually the vocal kings of K-pop. They're also extremely diverse so you'll find different categories of music. Pair up any 2 members from the group and they'll be able to please you with their harmonizing capability.

Omg you've got to react to "Obsession"!!!! Like, it's so sexy but also it's a song about insane fans called sasaengs who are so obsessed with idols they stalk them! And I highly suggest you check out memeber Lay Zhang's solo work! His mv's are cinematic masterpieces!!! "Lit" is a great start with Lay!
but Obsession is about fighting with their inner-self NOT about the fans!
Errr... it's not about the fans, rather it's about the INNER DEMONS.
i've had it explained that way to me, my bad. i think it can be taken either way, personally. I also said specifically sasaengs, not fans in general.
But it's not either way, that was actually the concept for that album, explained for the guys themselves, x-exo are the alter egos of Exo who work with the red force to destroy the good exo, if you read the lyrics at the end of Chen's part said "it's me looking at myself on the mirror" something like that, explaining that throughout the song they were talking about themselves (x-exo)
Monster and Tempo are how I turned my bestie into a kpop fan. Powerful stuff.

you said it perfectly, discovering exo makes it feel like you found a GEM💎. they're actually known for being amazing vocalists and their harmonization skills. even in their btracks you can hear how hard they go when it comes to harmonies and melodies. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out their live stages/performances!!! there are so many to check out I personally have been so lucky to witness some in person before😭💞 please more exo reactions!! I would recommend obsession, their debut song MAMA (keeping in mind there will be former members in that one), growl, and love me right!
EXO is the best live. You should check their newest song "Cream Soda" or maybe "Obsession " . Or one of their slowest songs, if you are okay with it like "Let me in" from their lastest album.
Just have in mind in some MVs like Obsession there are less members cause our boys are in their 30s so they been in and out of their mandatory military service. The second youngest is missing from the MV of cream soda but his voice is in the album and song.
As for lives you should Check "mama-monster- wolf" in Tokyo dome.

I'm not a exol BUT Tempo is one of my favorite kpop songs, it just tickles my brain.

Chanyeol ( the guy you praised for rapping without breaking the flow) writes some of exo songs. He wrote “gravity” and “sweet lies” one of my favourite songs from exo. ❤ He has many songwriting credits under the name LOEY(reverse of last 4 letters of his name).
There is a subunit called EXO SC which is produced and composed by Chanyeol and sehun( rappers of exo) . Please react to their album songs “roller coaster, “1 billion views”, “on me, “nothin”. They personally wrote , composed and produced their albums.😊
Apart from this Chen(main vocal) has written “chill” etc. He is seriously the best vocalist in kpop. He is releasing his new album next week.🎉
Baekhyun( genius idol) is one of the biggest solo artists in korea. His vocal range and falsettos are 🔥 . He is an icon. Please react to “Bambi” and “psycho”. 😊

Xiumin (part of CBX subunit) can reach very high notes. Some of the best parts in exo songs are where he harmonises with another exo member especially with Chanyeol (eg sweet lies).😊 He has beautiful solo album.
Kai is like the centre of exo ( charisma and excellent dancing skills) and has superb vocal tone. His solo albums are so ❤.
exo has no misses, they always delivered.
Of course you need to check exo live they are the kings of vocal and live performances, no one in kpop make concerts like exo.

tbh 'Tempo' single-handedly can be called the best song in the EXO's discography, and it speaks VOLUMES as their music considered to be one of the most top-tiered in the whole K-pop industry. the quality of the production is insane, and i'm here for it🤝
a small fun fact for your sanity (or maybe not): EXO members were messing around in the studio during the recording of 'Tempo', and that's how the acapella part was born. song producers decided to keep it in because it sounded too good. so yeah, these guys are incredible singers and musicians. we EXO-Ls are literally ready to die on that hill, lmao
btw, SM (EXO's company) loves the bed creaking sound cause they use it pretty frequently, lol💀 i can name at least a few more songs with it right on the spot

Live is the way to go. Most reactors say they sound even better live than the studio. They also don’t lip sync doing live performances. Many an expert has tried to catch them out lip syncing, but failed. They have two acoustic performances with only guitar for accompaniment. Killing Voice would be a great way to hear a medley of their songs and highlights each members vocals.
Love Shot goes beautifully with Tempo and Monster.

Exo's been around for 12 years and still going...so yeah, you should check out more mvs and some lives...they've been around the world and back so they have the "it" factor, long before many of today's groups...iconic singers, and that's the catch...they are singers more than anything else, and known for their harmonies...no one else compares in vocals in the entire kpop industry. No one.

so far from your reactions this is the first "real" kpop song you've reacted to and it shows from how much you enjoyed it. yes you've reacted to kpop groups and songs but this is the first one that is truly a kpop style song. unfortunately in recent years kpop has sounded less kpop and more westernised which is what you've mainly been hearing. I recommend Infinite (Before the Dawn and The Eye), SHINee (Married to the Music, 1of1, Tell me What to Do) - i wrote in another comment about how a member died. and TVXQ (Tri-angle (back when they were 5 members) and Keep Your Head Down (their comeback song after they lost 3 members and became a duo). the greatest comeback song of all time). i'm recommending these songs to you as a fellow rock fan. personally, i think Keep Your Head Down will blow your socks clean off, so will Before The Dawn.

Ive been binging your videos and I appreciate the way you pay such attention to everything you react to. I recommend checking out EXO on Killing voice, its a live medley of some of their songs and a great way for new listeners to get a feel of their music.
Exo is AMAZINGGG LIVE they even have numerous concert live albums (which is crazy rare to even have 1 in kpop)

All of their songs are great and must listens, but their debut song is legendary!!! I am ARMY first and will always say the are my favorite band, HOWEVER, Mama by EXO is my favorite song. That video is so iconic and unique that it will leave you stunned. It is kinda long because there is some narrator stuff in the beginning but you need to listen to it to understand the meaning of all their videos going forward. All their videos kind of tie in together and they create their own world. Looking forward to your reaction to whatever song you choose.

Not only are his title tracks absolutely stunning but also all the other songs from his three albums like the songs betcha and all I got. There are also their subunits to check out and much more. They are absolutely worth to check out with all their content. They made me a kpop fan and opened me the door to their music but also to music from Bts, seventeen, shinee, and many many other groups and artists.
