  • Vipreet swas AKA Breath of Fire or Rapid breathing is practiced to improve focus and concentration. It is also an important pranayama to enhance our meditation practice. In this practice we breathe on a rapid speed of 3-5 times per second. In this video I will show some important things that you need to be aware of while practicing vipreet swas.

Viprita Shwasa is supposed to happen at the tip of your nose only, your breath should flutter just at the tip if your nose (not abdomen or chest). But if it isn't happening, don't worry, keep practicing. I'm doing Shambhavi Mahamudra for a while now but still Viprita Shwasa doesn't happen properly. I hope it goes right .

Complete your 40 days mandala you will automatically do it correctly at 40th day. Initially you will not be able to do it perfectly as she is saying complete your mandala you will automatically notice the difference. I complete my mandala now I can do exactly how she is performing. so no worries keep practicing.

    • @NamasteYoga333

Try to keep it to the tip of the nose. Initially you will feel it in abdomen, then after practicing few months, you will start feeling it in chest. Then after some more practice you will get it on the tip of the nose. Practice is the key.

You don't really have to put it in a sequence. It can be done by itself. But if you are practicing all four pranayamas everyday then after would be good. As this will easily take you towards the meditative state and you can meditate better after this.

Just like the whole universe is made out of panch mahabhuta, earth, water, fire, space and ether. From these five elements (components) we have animals, plants and humans, and then from these only we have some great saints and also some thieves. Same way Shambhavi Mahamudra is also created by great people from the components of yoga. I am absolutely not eligible to teach anyone Shambhavi Mahamudra, but I can help explaining how to master a single component.
I hope I am adding value to someone's practice.
Thank you so much for watching.🙏

@UChkDpSqkB_ZagVLAik-GFig Very true. Even Sadhguru said , the initiation for shambhavi is just a saying, it more like a cleaning or consecration for your system if you do it right, he said it.
And it can be free and on app, but you know they need to market it so you can advance in other program they offer.

@@NamasteYoga333 I wanted to ask you. What if the breath is litlle noisy ? Because its difficult to know exaclty if we are doing it right when its quiet. So if I do it little noisy , I wont get the benefit?

@@alnilam8048 making a breath little noisy means it will also be heavy and forceful, and that is exactly opposite of what we are trying to achieve here. Increase your observation, fully focus on your breath, then you will be able to notice a calm and quiet breath also.
