3:10 since a lot of your coins seem to be worn or circulated, I would leave your higher graded coins in their slabs and keep using your less eye appealing coins for the album. This way your coins have more of a uniform look to them in the book, just my advice and opinion. Besides, higher graded coins in slabs will be worth more for resale in the future, cheers!
