Great cultural contrasts here. When I first came to the PI in 1982 this is what I was expecting to find. I was flabbergasted because I HAD been to Tiajuana and Reynosa (in the late 1950's), and that's where I thought I was when my sponsor first walked me down the streets of Angeles City ! Thought somebody had slipped me some time warping acid or something. Thanks for the video JR, looking forward to the next one !
