My car has started to consume more fuel and in the past I would get 1 reggen per tank but now I get 3 to 4 and the fuel economy is pants!

@MrNiceGuy, would you be so nice, and try to figure it out, what the PID 129 - PM Accumulation amount Desired is higher than PID 130 - Generated amount of particle matter?
That is the case in many of 2.2 motors including mine.. I would be really glad if you could give me a hint what to check - carbon cleaning has been done, washers replaces, exhaust pressure sensor is the new one, oil change interval is at around 10.000km..And all the parameters you've checked are similar on mine - that means ok.
You are correct, when PID reaches around 5.5 - 6 g/l the regeneration will start. But in this case, the regeneration will start much earlier because PID 129 will reach 5.6 g/l much earlier.
This is the mystery here too, as everybody says the car is ok, but after a while the regeneration distance is lowering and lowering, because of this PID 129 being to high.

I would say check the injectors as very likely the frequent regens are because of that.
@@MrNiceGuy94 But, in this video the injectors of cx-5 are (based on correction factor) in good condition, but PID 129 is still much higher then PID 130. Regens on 200im is not that bad (I get similar regen distance too) , but i know that the ideal regen distance would be much closer to 300km. My mielage is the same as this , i have 102000 km :)
