Sir recently I did this procedure. I watched this video many times and it gave me the confidance. Immensely grateful to you for making an immaculate video. You have taken Orthopaedic teaching to next level.
Sir you are blessing for young orthopaedic surgeons. It is my humble request to you please make video of every different case so that whenever we need help we can take it from your video, as you know that orthopedic surgery is so much extensive we can't learn everything during short period of our residence training
The way you present every sx is a great reward for orthopedic field ...so much love sir ❤️ May Allah bless you a happy and long life to educate us . Thank you legend 🙏
Great video, same surgery happened with me yesterday in AIIMS Delhi. Just 1 thing, please upload a physiotherapy video for K-WIRE Suzuki Frame patients 👍
Excellent demonstration Have watched most of your videos Very helpful For how long should this frame be kept? And will the patient need definitive internal fixation later?
@@DrVinayKumarSingh Thanks Great Sir for replying... My Actual Name is Dr Mafzaal Chaudhary i regularly watch your videos and learnt a lot from you Sir... You are indeed an asset of Orthopedic Surgery and Great mentor

Thank You Sir for such a fine & delicate surgery demonstration of SUZUKI frame. Sir, I have a request, will you plz make a video for JESS fixator & their assembly. Thank you
I just had this surgery today, that’s why I’m here, not painful, scary at first, also after when anesthésia wears off, just a slight burning feeling. Now curing. This was really interesting
Very good option of treatment...here in my hospital we got mini external fixators..i will try to implement this frame ..a very useful and descriptive video...congrats Dr...👍👍👍👌👌
Hi , Nice demo for pip jt , What abt dip jt dislo / subluxation , it will nice to see if u demonstrate that also , I always watch ur videos as a guide , keep posting such videos
I had a very similar injury. K wire drilled into end of small finger through phalanx, I now have no articulation in my last (distal) joint. I think this Suzuki frame would have preserved that. I wish I could upload X-rays for you to look at as they look so similar… I however did not have a good outcome as the most distal joint is fused.
Well, I just had surgery today for this, and it hurts a lot and my finger is stiff. When did they remove them? Is the rehabilitation slow? Do you manage to regain strength and mobility over time, or do you have less range? thank you
Really very nice technique....I hv learnt a lot from you...your teaching aspect is very nice specially for young orthopaedic surgeon like me. thank you very much sir... 🙏🙏
Nicely done. I smiled when you noticed the hole in the glove. Happens to me all the time. I usually change 3-4 times during surgery, but I wear double gloves)
thank you for the very nice explanation .my question is the shaft of m phalanx is displased vollary so why didnt you make the traction wire vollar to the reduction wire to correct the dispacement of the shaft of phalanx exactly in the same way you explained by drawing? thank you for all valuable videws .
Nice video sir. Thank you so much. Sir, kindly clarify is there any chance for digital artery injury and development of gangrene of the finger? Thank you.
Thank you for the nice video. However, there is clear volar subluxation of the middle phalanx on the final radiographs. Also having the reduction wire dorsal to the traction wire might have helped in mitigating this.
Hi Doctor… I am from Sri Lanka, I do have a question regarding my dislocated 5th finger of right side leg due to an accident caused two months back (23-11-22), surgery and the treatment was done but still the dislocation is same, i reconfirmed it by an Xray taken recently. I’m really unable to move my finger. Could you please give me suggestion on this?
