Sir, I would like to know if there is role of/ complications of using only a single k wire to stabilize the metacarpal neck, Shaft and base fractures apart from rotational deformity.

@@GKHandSurgery I have contacted with Orthopedic and he told me you have more than 5 degree rotation, but thier is no need of surgery. But I am unable to lift my little finger at that level where it's normally was.
