This is not the screen that comes up when I turn my pro stitcher on. I can not find a way to go to another screen. Please help

Did you get a reply from anyone on this. If not I might be able to walk you through to the solution. It sounds like your machine and tablet are not communicating. Also you can call Handiquilter and they will walk you through. Happy quilting
