It’s actually because of the ccp that mihoyo didn’t give us a better reward compared to before.
Fun Fact : The Real Anniversary Reward is Divided to 4 part ,and we have just been given part 1 ,which is Free New gilde that actually should be only Whale that can only access it ,and The Final Part Reward is A Free Constellation For 5 Star Character (you can choose) ,and the total Primo Gems That are given in this anniversary is actually 400

And as far as we know chongyun went on stage where xinyan was performing ang jam with her.
chongyun didn't jam on stage with xinyan, he went on stage to ask where the way out was, and xinyan thought he wanted to sing with her and he got roped into her performance, still a cool touch tho!
MiHoYo be really lacking in Anniversary rewards but this one is a reward itself for me.

that’s true. if I’m being honest I enjoyed the rewards. but for many veteran players they just didn’t handle it well and didn’t think the rewards were up to their standard.
