Thank you!!! I only recently moved my magickal books into this shelf, and I love them here! I think my kitties past and present (and past doggos too!) help make this space so lovely.🥰
I love Godricks' tail swishing in the corner...i have never seen a bookshelf colour co-ordinated ! Brilliant ...i do hope you didnt cull the Witches of Eileanan 😱😱😱😱🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 my set came all the way over from Australia in my dauggters suitcase ...she wasnt best chuffed 😂😂 loveky room ..thanks for sharing ❤
Not only do i love your art magic books, you're also whovian!!! And the random fact that you've got a tru calling DVD Set (no one ever talks about that Show, but it did have potential)...sometimes it's just awesome when you learn that there are other people that also share such particular interest😅 thank you for the tour, have a great day!
It's a lovely library! I don't have as many pagan books because I am picky and tend to stick with academic tomes and translations of the Eddas, Icelandic Sagas and other writings if I can get hold of them, but I do have an extensive collection of sci-fi and fantasy books that go back to the mid to late 90's and there are my zoology and science books in there, too. I always love to see people's libraries. I still have most of my DVDs because I don't watch TV and only really stick to free watch on demand channels (I might get Disney+ so I can watch the new Star Wars stuff that you can't get on DVD.) I keep them around because I spent a lot of time and money collecting them so I'll only switch to streaming if DVD players become unavailable to buy or if I lose a particular DVD or if it gets damaged. (It's worth noting that some streaming services edit or cut episodes that you can only find on DVD, or only show them for a short period of time and then it goes.) I love what you have done for your lost pets - I need to sort something out for our lost dogs but haven't got around to doing that yet - I've been meaning to do some pyrography on appropriate sized boxes but need to get the tools for it.
Thank you!! I love seeing other people’s libraries as well!!! The main reason for me releasing most of my DVDs was space, tbh. I did pack a box of favourites that I can currently get on streaming but that I literally couldn’t live without. It took me a long time to sort out my pet ashes. Some were just in the back of the laundry cupboard for YEARS!
I have read 90% of these!!!! Umm, I do have one video about books but I haven’t done a “favourites” video yet. Mostly because I find it really hard to decide which ones are favourites and also because so many of them are old and now out of print 😬 But top of my favourite witchy books is “Book of Shadows” by Phyllis Curott. It’s her autobiography of how she became a witch, and I have read it so often my copy is completely trashed.
What happened to the other journal flip through video you had posted the same time as this room tour? The one on your table, I believe. Was it taken down?
I sort of did! It was a wooden house shelf thing I found in the op shop, and I painted, decoupaged and decorated it with lots of bits and pieces. I guess I upcycled it?
Love your cats and your library! What a special place you have for those pets who passed on. Thank you for sharing your magical space with us. 🩷💜🩵
Thank you so much!☺️
What a beautiful and inspiring place to relax and dream! Loved seeing your magical grimoires all together and sweet kitties past and present!

So many books! Did you read them all? I'm curious to know which ones are your favorites... (or maybe you already have a video on this topic?)
@lagreenwitch I'm curious about that too 🙂
I have read 90% of these!!!!

@@correganthecrone thanks for the tip, sounds interesting! I just bought the Witches' Wisdom Tarot by Phyllis Currott!
That’s on my list!!!!!
It’s a bookshop 🎉
😆

It’s still coming!!! This week in fact 😉
Did you make the house for your house spells?
I sort of did! It was a wooden house shelf thing I found in the op shop, and I painted, decoupaged and decorated it with lots of bits and pieces. I guess I upcycled it?
