you can turn the shield off with the same button you use to feed yourself a supply from the backpack, hold it for 2 secs, then the call-in will fall to the ground, then turn it back on.
also arc nerf wasn't "damage" it was rate-of-fire, you used to be able to 1/3-bake the charge and get full damage out, 2-3 times the "intended" DPS, now it's 1 shot per second from a full charge only. the range nerf from 50 to 35 utterly ruined it's potential against gunships tho, they hover 37 meters away from you as much as possible and can fly backwards as fast as you sprint forwards, now you simply can't land any arks on them unless they are looking at someone else.
it's nowhere near as bad as the devs taking away the heavy-pen on the railgun "safe" mode, that totally killed it vs most other guns for anyone who doesn't like timing the instant-death overheat mechanic.
They better buff that nade, lol
