DIY Studio Lighting - HNB #13

This DIY Studio light panel is cheap and easy to make. It is perfect for video or photography. The fixture itself can be built for under $15 if you're able to scrounge some of the materials. They mount on a standard tripod and would be suitable for for use in the workshop as well.
