Thank you for the continuos depth of information you provide always. I'm not yet a Counselor, just about starting my training, but listening to you Counsellors makes me enthusiastic and gives me a good feeling of Community.
You guys are true lifesavers. I have been running around to no avail trying to find the answers that you have so graciously answered here. I however would like to know if the therapy notes are same or a component of case conceptualisation where we might need to hypothesize about the client's presenting issues. Also, how important are mentioning the client's physical appearance, tone of speech and such non-verbal cues in the session notes.
