I’ve always wondered, if they don’t want to go to the expense of installing struts on overhead cabinets, why don’t they just put the hinges on the side so the doors open to the side. No need to hold the door up while you access your stuff? It seems so obvious.
@@nieljones6181 I see it done without issue with regularity. I am still asked locally to look at used rvs we have coming in on trade so I see them years after they were built after a lot of use
Kitchen is awesome!! Pretty perfect layout I've seen yet! Love Alliance RV's ❤ Critique: forego to outside TV (never totally understood this feature, but not a huge tv person especially while camping), shallow up the TV slide (if possible) and add drop TV into cabinet behind fireplace and add camp side window in that slide. Not sure if those TV drop mechanisms are functional enough for warranty aspect. That's my 2 cents.
I agree! We don’t watch much TV while camping and we definitely don’t need two. Grand Design has the telescoping TV on their Imagine 2670MK so it can be done.
I wish they made a model that forgoes the sleeper loveseat, moves the bathroom towards the rear and then put in a large closet between the bath and bedroom with washer drier prep for extended/full timing.
Perfect floorplan with longer theater seating, a sofa and a breakfast bar instead of an uncomfortable dinette which offers a far more livable and residential feeling living area, and the bonus of plywood instead of cheap OSB under the bed 👍👍👍
This is an awesome unit! Checks most if not all of the boxes. Might be nit picking but gas struts on the overhead compartment doors please. 12v fridge only, well I might have to get used to that as the industry is going that direction, but I really don't want to get used to that. I love my current electric/propane fridge. I don't mind the camp side slide in this unit (which would normally be a deal breaker for me) because it's small and houses a tv as opposed to an outdoor kitchen. The two awnings look to be the same size. My first thought here was the placement of the seam between the two. Pretty close to the door so on rainy days might not be the best. I was hoping the awnings would be different sizes so you could just switch them and relocate that seam farther back but different size awnings would most likely increase production costs as opposed to two of the same size. I was also hoping for one sewer outlet, but this unit has SO much going on for it I am fine with two. The two couches and the dining seating at the counter, genius! Love the kuchen counters as well as some counter space in the bathroom. Shower looks to be quiet comfortably usable. This won't make sense, but if there could be something similar under 30 feet, that would be for me. I know, can't have all of this under 30 feet. This unit def not for 1/2 ton vehicles in my opinion. I love how this brand has thought things out and am interested to know more about this brand. Thank you for making these videos. I find myself looking more and more for a new unit. Mine is older and doesn't have slides (24 foot Sunline) so seriously considering something along these lines.
If we were TT people, this would be perfect, but it would be nice if they had a king bed option especially given the extra closet storage. All they need is 12" more width as the length of the king is the same at 80".
Josh Josh Josh! Been waiting for you to do a review on this model for the last couple of months. As usual you did an outstanding job! You opinions and views on models have a lot of traction with our rv buying decision. My wife and I took a look at this model a month or so ago. We feel ion love with it. It is the almost perfect rv for us. In my mind there will never be such a thing as THE PERFECT RV. This checks off 95% of our boxes. Waiting for the RV Show season to get rolling this winter. I'm lurking on their forums. These guys aggressively try to address problems better than anyone else. I do get the sense that there are some growing pains, but I can't help but be confident that these guys can only get better. I've been in this floorplan, and it's terrific and I think it more than holds its own with Grand Design. And despite the entertainment center location, the campsite windows are actually pretty good. I would rather have an outdoor fridge rather than an outdoor tv.....but what the heck do I know?? Can't wait to see what they'll do next!

Very nice. I think the access to the bed and bath is more important than fridge when traveling. I can see me being the food fetcher however, being smaller than the fluffy hubby.
Uncle Josh, just wanted to say thank you for all the work you do. Just purchased my first RV and I drove 17 hours to Bish's in Great Falls MT to get it! Amazing deal on my Ember 191MDB and excellent service to boot!
Soooo appreciate that road mode view! This would be an excellent full timer rig for a couple. Especially if you switch out that small couch for a desk area.
I absolutely love this. The kitchen is great, spacious with fab storage, and perfect space by the sides of the cook top and the sink, and the seating is perfect. I would add a flip up, just so there's a little more room to eat if you have a little monster with you. It's only a thought and certainly not essential. The floor having no vents is fab. I love the little pockets behind the fridge. I really like the fireplace, just for ambience. The bathroom is very nice and definitely decent storage. The bedroom is great having a true size bed and great bedside cabinets and coffee place. I don't tend to watch tv in the bedroom (I use my phone and tablet lol), but I've seen some which could up and down from the ceiling so that could be an option. I definitely think one could be on the sliding door. We'd have to send the kids through in road mode lol! I love the picnic table being included, you can use it inside too. I love the outside entertainment cupboard, brilliant idea, and hidden storage too, one of my favourite features. #nerdherd #rvnerdherd
I love the switch covers and the exterior-ish slide out switch. The layout is great. Finally, something to tempt me away from the Rockwood/Flagstaff universe. 😂
Very nice. I wish they put a heavy-duty suspension and shackles package on all their line, if so, I'd have one of their shorter ones in my driveway right now. If the manufacture ever asks for impute, please pass that along. Thx
*WHOOPS Got my wires crossed!* Delta models DO NOT have any level of washer/dryer prep. Apologies for the mis-statement. TY to @josephranos7015 for the catch!
Hey Josh. Your graphic said Washer/Dryer Prep in the front of the video but I didn’t notice the hookups when you were going through. Was it in the small closet in the bed room? Awesome videos man, keep ‘em coming!
Thanks smooth walking Nerd! Love the ladder and the higher weight rating. Personally, I think the loveseat would become a pet seat. Those ac units are great.
With all that space I'm surprised they put the ladder right on the window. I'm not a big fan of campsite slides but this is kind of doable with all that awning space.
Bathroom execution of the toilet was perfect, you even could set a residential toilet and it would fit perfectly. I don't know how prices are varying for dometic 310 VS residential toilet.
This is actually the Alliance Delta. Alliance is a fairly new brand of RVs started by some experienced pros who worked for other brands in the past. They have quickly become a "must-see" brand because of the innovations and quality they have begun their brand with.
@@lindataylor4122 yeah I guess I have been missing something pretty special here. Thank you for your input. Perhaps we can see one on a lot in the next year. It had some features that certainly caught my eye.
Pretty awesome plan. Wish there was a flip up counter at bar. Just so we could shimmy around and have elbow room. It’s all we really need. We have zero interest in more sleeping. We have less desire in sharing a bathroom. Might even like an option to swap the loveseat for a table. 🤔
IMO; this is a great couple's camper and doesn't need the extra sofa. I'd much prefer a desk in this location. Love all the drawers in the kitchen and counters galore! I'd love to find a similar floor plan that offers a king bed, or at minimum, an Olympic King (or Queen; which makes far more sense).
As an aftermarket, I would remove the loveseat and add a small 2 top dinette since I prefer that for eating. Finally an extra closet in the bedroom, this is a great floor plan, leave it to Alliance to make it. Thanks for showing this one.
Hey Josh, Happy New Year! I really like the time you put into making these videos so we can see everything, kinda like in slow motion, but get to see everything. A question tho... there's no max air fan in the kitchen, would a dealer install one?
I like it. Nice graphics and color palette both inside and out. Can you try and make arrangements to have one on display at the QCCA RV & Camping show in Rock Island, IL February 23-25, 2024?
It’s a pretty nice RV, It looks nice with the barstools and counter but I personally would have liked a booth dinette mainly for the extra sleeping space. Other than that it’s great.
If you forget the picknik table cover then I strongly suggest some industrial strength bleach. I like the outdoor TV area but I don't like an outdoor TV. I would use it to store containers with light weight stuff in it. If you didn't need or want the love seat it would open up space for a lot of ideas. Alliance did a good job with the layout of this RV.
Love this trailer, but would like to see the 292RL. It seems that they’re using the better components and making their trailers from a practical and comfort perspective. As for the cellular boosting Winegard? This is a very value added accessory. Out west (I live in Utah) there’s many places with marginal cellular coverage. Even commercial campgrounds. This item could be the difference between making a call (for help) or not. I install similar items in commercial buildings, and some are required to put them in for public safety coverage for First Responders.
I'm a nit-picky negative nellie, so here we go...I'd like a little fridge outside, and lack of struts on the overheads is disappointing. Two-headed sewer monster, well, what are ya gonna do. That black glass door is going to get hotter 'n hades. I like the smoked "glass", gives it a more upscale look without the risk of actual glass. Being in the deep south, being able to run 2 ACs on 30 amp is a big thumbs up. That breakfast bar is big enough to work on a jigsaw puzzle, just put down a puzzle mat and roll it up if you need to move it. I like the outside TV, handy if you are tailgating, or just like background noise. That little storage space below the outside TV, table cover is a good idea, I might stash little pillows (for my lower back) and a fleece throw or two, or maybe citronella candles (and a lighter of course). THere's another RV reviewer I watch occasionally who refers to that type of trash can as the $165 trash can, because apparently that's how much he had to pay to have that option added to one of his RVs.
I appreciate that you wove in both likes and dislikes here. Nothing like when I spend 4hrs making an RV video and all someone says is "i don't like the windows" with no real frame of reference or anything constructive. So keep it coming. Keep being fair :)
First time I like a trailer at first sight, out and in. I really like the layout. The kitchen is jaw dropping. And when I saw the secret storage under the outside tv , i went 😮 omg moment. Now , from the view of your factory tour of Jayco , I only stand with them. More over , they have a trailer stability . This is a big big plus for safety matter. I will watch the Alliance factory tour of how it's made. They better be close to Jayco. If it's almost like Jayco , hmmm I would consider it if they install the trailer stability control. Very good video and I can't wait to see your daughter cracking up jokes like you.😅 I just watched Alliance factory tour , wow ! 😮 They're very well done as Jays. In Quebec Canada , I don't know their performance vs Jays. Is there Alliance RV in Canada ?
Let me help you out josh with a little northwest venecular. We refer to heavy people as gravity challenged and short people as altitude challenged, I think you're getting the terms confused. 😅
I only saw a few things I would change on this one. I would sacrifice one of the kitchen drawers to get the converter / breaker box out of the pantry so it isn’t blocked by the slide. I would switch to the more stable drop down stabilizers, especially at this length. Finally, reverse the trend I have been seeing of storing the stinky slinky in a tube under the RV. Bring back the square metal storage bumpers! My 60yr old self doesn’t want to crawl around underneath to get to the hose. They never seem to mount those plastic tubes so the opening is flush to the sidewall, they are always recessed for some reason.
we wish you had airstream. we are still looking at units. no hurry to buy. but we did look at a 2018 flying cloud friday after work. theyre on our list of possible purchases. we just have a price range and not set on new, used, 5th wheel or travel trailer. thanks for another great video.
Just one annoyance. Did I see the electrical panel in the pantry. Seems that could be asking for heat problems or maybe there is some other cooling. The other concern with that is that panel looks like it not accessible with the slide closed.. maybe I’m wrong. Love everything else! 😊
Can you help me? In your opinion which brand has the widest dinette? I saw it on one of your videos but can't find it. It's a couples trailer rl and large dinette. Thanks
Lot of RVs have what i call a "True U" dinette which is about 7ft. Some also have a full rear wall dinette that's closer to 8ft like this: ua-cam.com/video/_sczz7muqLI/v-deo.html
Nice setup and nice video. P.S like me Josh, you don't have to worry about flat tires as we carry a spare on us.... Are these drawers and doors solid wood or MDF paper glued wood look?
I recently went to a local dealer to view the 292rl, I loved the layout but was very disappointed with what i believe is, sticker wrapped cabinets/doors. The bathroom door was bubbling and wood grain wrap was already coming off. Im located in the northeast and can only wonder how bad they would be with severe temperature swings. Love them otherwise. Just hard going from a rockwood to one of these. Real wood cabinetry and doors woukd make me a potential owner :) as always, thanks for your content and camera work. Much appreciated :)
With slide outs so prevalent in the industry, I am surprised someone hadn't made a smaller tow profile trailer that not only has side slide outs bu also expands in length. That way it's shorter when towing and longer when you need the extra space! But maybe that's just too difficult to build and still be structurally sound? P.S. love the layout on this one, wonder if my 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn crew cab with tow package could handle this one? Weight wise it could just not sure if it would be wise. I need a RV to live in while going around the U.S. checking out all its parks and monuments! There are also some special circumstances I won't waste time with. I have towed behind said truck from Idaho to Helena MT a full sized bunk house unit without issues.
Gvwr is the result of the base empty rv plus the max weight of anything including water you can put into it before something overloads Water weight is part of the cargo capacity
I'm not sure if it would be a problem, but I would prefer the wetbay to face out instead of in towards the pass through storage. I can't tell you the number of times I have hooked up the water (city water connection, black tank flush or water fill) and I haven't gotten a tight enough fit causing water to spray all over. Sure wouldn't want that to happen in the pass through
All perfect except why 90 grey tank and 45 fresh.. you would never fill that grey? why not make it 60 fresh and 50 grey?? Or some configureation with more fresh water?
The grey is a result of two tanks. One for bath and one for kitchen. They use the same size tanks in every model so this one happens to get two due to the layout
I love the Paradym and was considering the Delta but you have cheapened all aspects. No solid countertops. Flimsy shower door. No solid wood cupboards. Why?

Alliance did a good job with the layout of this RV.
You're not wrong. I'm not a germaphobe but man.. I've seen enough to know I don't want to mess with the table top uncovered
I have footage of that one coming. Stay tuned
Very nice lookin Delta😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍but I think that grill needs to extend out a little 7 for safety reasons😊😊
I don't think it's a heat issue from those grills.. but I would like it extended for splatter reasons
Great video Josh!!! Just curious where are the black and grey water pulls to empty the tanks? I did not see them.
See the 24:40 -ish mark
Nice but we like to play cards in the evening so would miss the dinette. Can’t beat a rear kitchen for space
I understand
Camp Chairs under the outdoor TV.
Very good video and I can't wait to see your daughter cracking up jokes like you.😅
I just watched Alliance factory tour , wow ! 😮
They're very well done as Jays. In Quebec Canada , I don't know their performance vs Jays.
Is there Alliance RV in Canada ?
We do not currently have Alliance RVs outside of the US. I'm sure _someone_ has them in Canada but I wouldn't know who
Sir , my research showed me many Alliance rvs in Canada. Thank you.

Great review. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
Let me help you out josh with a little northwest venecular. We refer to heavy people as gravity challenged and short people as altitude challenged, I think you're getting the terms confused. 😅
auto or power stabilizer would be nice, some couples are not able to use the drill mode
Auto leveling is an available option on these
I wish all travel trailer manufacturers would start using wide stance stability axles on all trailers over 28 feet long overall.
I actually think that’s not a terrible idea
Hey Josh will do a video on the new Delta 331BH please and go and bad things of it. Thank you
I missed my original opportunity to get to that one but I'll get to it at some point
Love this one!
I really did too!
Blocked converters is something I've started noticing now that I look for it. I don't think a lot of brands ever think about the "what if" scenarios
we wish you had airstream. we are still looking at units. no hurry to buy. but we did look at a 2018 flying cloud friday after work. theyre on our list of possible purchases. we just have a price range and not set on new, used, 5th wheel or travel trailer. thanks for another great video.
Maybe one day?
only wrong note in this awesome symphony of a trailer is that smaller couch.. Why not put a desk there? i sure would! If it for just my husband and I.
Just one annoyance. Did I see the electrical panel in the pantry. Seems that could be asking for heat problems or maybe there is some other cooling. The other concern with that is that panel looks like it not accessible with the slide closed.. maybe I’m wrong. Love everything else! 😊
I’ve seen them enclosed in several rvs. I would estimate there’s some way for them to breathe but.. I could be wrong as well
Really like this model!
I did too. Funny how a few little tweaks make a big impact!
I thought they were wood doors put someone earlier mentioned they had seen otherwise. So I need to verify.
The peninsula is so superior to an island. Gives so much more room. A pretty decent TT.
I am generally in favor of them as well
I recently went to a local dealer to view the 292rl, I loved the layout but was very disappointed with what i believe is, sticker wrapped cabinets/doors.
Wow interesting I'll have to look more closely at that. TY for sharing
pretty muich the same as my 2020 transcend 28mks
Wondering on the weight limit, the 9,250, does that include a full fresh water, grey and black tank weight?
Gvwr is the result of the base empty rv plus the max weight of anything including water you can put into it before something overloads
Water weight is part of the cargo capacity
A bit late, but…. Can you have a slide topper on the entertainment slide, and does the theater seat center/back, fold down as a console…
Yeah pretty sure you can add a slide awning
I'm not sure if it would be a problem, but I would prefer the wetbay to face out instead of in towards the pass through storage. I can't tell you the number of times I have hooked up the water (city water connection, black tank flush or water fill) and I haven't gotten a tight enough fit causing water to spray all over. Sure wouldn't want that to happen in the pass through
I do think that would be better overall as well
Do you think one of those olympic queen beds would fit in this camper?
I don’t believe there’s enough space between the bed stands to accomplish that
@@JoshtheRVNerd thanks for the info!
Why?
Delta is two steps below a paradigm with avenue between. Vastly different budget targets between them
Josh. Could you please do a vid on the new Jayco Jay feather 19mrk thank you 🎉😂😮
Already done! ua-cam.com/video/GhmjjYP-yJM/v-deo.html
