I made a cheesy sourdough loaf a couple weeks ago and it was probably the best loaf of sourdough ever. Cheese anything is amazing. Haha

Turned out nice, but my dough was still not at a done temperature and had to add 30 mins to that last 20 min cook at 375…. Might have worked better at 450
