    If anyone is making this for a 4-5 year old, I used the same stitches she said in the video, but I used Big Twist soft from JoAnn and a J hook and it ended up being big enough for my 4.5 year old 😁🤷🏼‍♀️

      Did you follow the 3T sizing? If so, how many rounds did you do to complete the length? Or if you can’t remember, do you know how long it was from the armpits to the bottom ribbing roughly? Thanks! ☺️

    This is a beautiful design, I've never done clothing before. So I think this is a good one to try and thanks to your explanation, you are a great teacher! I'm self taught and jumped in the deep end on my first project, so hopefully I can master this design too. You explain so clearly and any questions I might have had about sizing or what to do when reaching the armpit sections, in regards to the stitch pattern, you answered. I'm a big fan of your videos and plan to attempt as many as I can. So, Thank You for your patience and calmness in the videos and I look forward to seeing your patterns and designs!

    I want to make this for an adult, what would be the stitch count for the corners and armholes?

    Hi there, making this beautiful dress. It's been on my maker wish list for quite a few months. I have a question...at 17:47 you say when bringing the sleeve together, the second corner stitch is a sc, but I think it's supposed to be a dc in the middle stitch? That is what I have. I hope I'm not messing it up.

    • @Ellie.J.R.4628
      @Ellie.J.R.4628 2 роки тому

      I ended with 2 coners with a DC in the middle and two corners with a SC in the middle so it all depends just make sure your consistent with SC, DC repeat. Its what I did and still turned out great.
      Love the pattern, very easy to follow and her explanation on how to make bigger sizes is much appreciated and easy to understand. I made for a 5T using a medium size 4 yarn and a 5.5mm hook. I worked a 19' collar, then followed her pattern and I used my toddlers measurements. Hope this helps. I did one in two colors and I did one in a single color.

    What does size 3T mean? For how old? 3 year old toddler?

    I’m using smaller yarn and hook. I added ten to the rows, making it 66 rows instead of the 56. Do I continue to add 10 to everuthing?

    I would like to make it for my twin granddaughters. They are almost 3 years old.
    How many stitches would I need??? I know, 56 stitches wouldn’t fit.
    Can you please help me further??? Thank you

    • @Crystal081236
      @Crystal081236 3 роки тому +1

      It depends on the yarn you are using aswell, 19 inches long of the ribbing should be enough

      20 to 21 inches long of that neck ribbing will be enough, depends on what yarn you using so it's more accurate if you measure the length rather than chains

    Honestly I've done quite a number of projects on my own and even more with tutorials. I've never restarted a project so many times because of errors. I'm following your video instructions+ your written pattern. And the written pattern isn't very clear. It's missing a lot of info. I keep having to recheck if you have to do 3 stiches in each corner at the beginning or just two. It's confusing :/.
    Good project though, i hope I'll get over my frustrations and finish it soon :)
