When water eventually runs out, there's a station somewhere in this map that has sewage system where you can not only take the water for drinking, but also fishing. Need a sledgehammer to access it sadly
For tainted water, since generator might not be spawning in this map and since gasoline is nowhere to be found, using campfire kit to boil the water for drinking is the only thing I can think of to get drinkable water
Maybe he can craft one with metalwork?
He can filter water by fixing a water collector to a sink
There is water accessible without needing a sledge. I won't spoil the location in the off chance Line is browsing here, but there were a couple different spots with rivers and ponds.
@@cybernetique4 Problem is the water collector must be placed in a spot without roofs, since it needs rainwater. And since this map is in enclosed space (Unless there's a location where you can go outdoor) water collector barrel wont produce water for sinks connected to it
But making them and filling them up manually is another way to go
@@OrangeRising Yeah, there's also stashed- to-the-brim places accessible with a sledge. But them places is packed with infected.
This metro map is huge, am yet to visit the more deeper trenches of it

Loving the series so far, glad to see the protag doing well, although. Even if there isn't a water source atleast the leftover sinks and stuff will have water even though it WILL force a nomad playstyle.

Last I checked the map wasn't zoned for foraging so it doesn't work
Hey Lime, I don't know how invested you are in realistic farming, but you might want to try the mod RnR Mycology so you can grow mushrooms. Could be much more immersive growing mushrooms in the tunnels.

I have a challenge you might be interested in trying. For a few days now I've been trying to survive in the burned out buildings outside of Louisville south of the corn maze. The trailer park portion doesn't even have a foraging area at all. So far I've been living in the upper leftmost mansion ruins, trying to enclose the room with the fireplace before the chopper comes.

Ooh I'm glad ordinary light is enough to grow plants in this game, didn't know that. I suppose we should have expected the SMG to jam sometimes, homemade weapons and all. Hopefully the crossbow is more resistant to that. I wonder how long it will be before we see the northern edge of the map.

Lime, you do have a trowel in your resource pile next to water barrels. It's visible @4:54 when you show your seeds.
Dear lime, when you looted the big storage area one of the containers had a trovel. Which means you probably have it in your storage.

I think Lime is doing multiple takes and forgets (or doesn't bother) to edit them out. Also, are you sure Lime is a guy? Their voice is rather ambiguous. And I feel it's rather lyrical in pitch. Which is much more common for females.
That's obviously a male, a male with a high pitched voice.
For the repeating sentence he's doing it on almost every video, he doesn't seem to bother editing those double takes, which is odd considering the huge editing job he's already doing (with the "bap bap" montages
and such)...

I like his narration, his sense of humor and even his overall editing style, except that every other video, he seems to forget to remove repeated lines and that impacts the quality of the videos.
