Pretty cool that it will work with other spikes. I wish there was a 2 piece spike that would work for easier boat storage. Like two 4.25' sections that screw together. The 3/4" OD stainless steel joints would require the pole be turned down, not just slipped over the current 3/4" fiberglass pole. I'd definitely buy one that could be broken down!

You and me both. I just realized this is 5 years old and I still can’t find one made in two pieces. I fish off a jet ski and this would be amazing
Can 10 foot poles be use with it and will it go to that depth if I had one?
