Im having the same problem. Dont know what is behind the passenger side tail light. Too tight to fight my hand or a wrench inside. Driver side would be no problem. Any help would be awesome!
2000 I believe the 97 through 99 were different the important thing is knowing the ground and making sure it has a good connection I had to switch them around a couple times to figure it out
@ scott galpin I explain how they are studded with nuts that screw on from the back instead of the screws that go into the body like factory . I also show how they wire up . I wish you luck on your install !!
How do you get to the bolts for the passenger side on those tail lights
Pull down the inner fender liner and reach up behind there should be enough space
can you show how you put the screws? Thank you
You'll have to reach up the back side under the fender liner and tighten the nuts onto the studs that way
@@filthyperformance2173 thank you
I already installed all the cables but the lights do not work
@@fredyguzman4327 make sure you have a good ground

How did you get the nuts onto the passenger side studs/bolts?
Pull the inner fender out a little bit and you can reach up there.. It's tight but worked for me

If I remember correctly I drilled them slightly

You don't have to completely remove them you can just pull the rear section back a little bit and you're good to go!
