@@bobafittness1346 I didn't have any trouble with them hitting the quarters. If you lowered yours you might run into issues but stock height you're good.

I would be careful if you ran a larger sidewall as well

@@footballreddevil5340 dual exhaust cutouts just before the muffler any brand will produce the same sound. I got these on Amazon for 80 bucks for the pair plus 100 for a muffler shop to weld them on.

@@matthewb8229 Although I only had the gladiator for a year my brother ran the same bumper on his Wrangler and the quality for the money spent is well worth it in my opinion.

I ended up running it without the carrier. Too bulky and for that same reason I like clean lines.

but was it missing something because that looks really wrong and most of the time I see them with a spacer or something to keep it level. No carrier? My 33 on my door makes my door wiggle, I need to take care of it.@@filthyperformance2173

I kept mine open most of the time and didn't have issues but only owned the truck for a year. They sound mild unless you get on it which I liked.

@@filthyperformance2173 I suspect that's how I'll keep mine as well. I had a flow master 40 in there but the droning was terrible. Short trips were ok, but bordered on embarrassing when I had passengers. It will be nice to be able to choose

@@erkme73 I have done it every way on the 5.7 from high flow cats no muffler to just a 40 single exit and this setup gave me the least amount of drone. The high flow cats no muffler sounds like a straight piped 5.0 mustang and is a little much lol.

@@erkme73 just make sure you angle the exits slanted down

@@filthyperformance2173 Ha, that's how I started too. Initially straight pipe. Left the resonator at the end on, but otherwise just cats. Sounded awesome outside, but the drone was insane. I then had the muffler shop add a 1/4-wave tube to help cancel the drone. Barely made a difference. Then removed that, and went with the 40. Lived with that for about 6 months, but with a long road trip coming up, I opted to just put the stock muffler back on. I miss the roar, but not the drone. The valves should give me the best of both worlds. I was just afraid of the ticking/hissing sound you hear with an exhaust leak - especially driving with windows open near a wall. I also wonder whether the drone is just a lot worse on the Sequoia with the closed in volume, compared to the Tundra with an open bed.

If I remember correctly I drilled them slightly

You could go with a smaller wheel in the back just make sure it can clear the brakes. There are 15 inch conversion kits or if you want a slightly bigger side wall you would probably have to give up some width. I believe 35/315/20 is what I had for this video so maybe a 40/275/20 would fit?

Not anymore but I believe any led kit for the 19 and up 2500 will work.

MacGyvering anything I could to get them to stay in place lol..You're not alone in the frustration but it is possible

If you cut holes underneath the louver it functions as a way to let engine heat out it helped a lot on my TJ

@Audeo always a bit nervous cutting into a perfectly good hood no room for error but if you take your time you'll be fine

You could cut the vent opening wherever you feel comfortable..I had the same concern on my TJ so I just cut the top intake vents since the fenders I put on were vented obviously stay away from electronics and air intake but I never had any issues

I was able to tuck it in along the side of the bracket and put a thin piece of 3m tape to hold it in place and you couldn't even tell...I put heat shrink over the connection point to keep moisture out..hope that helps

2000 I believe the 97 through 99 were different the important thing is knowing the ground and making sure it has a good connection I had to switch them around a couple times to figure it out

Bought a new set and after driving a few minutes they calibrated themselves

I actually sold the truck recently but everyone I know that has ran them say they're good for about 30 to 40k miles on this kind of set up when the new ram gets here I will run them again

Wasn't my jeep they just wanted it for looks and didn't want the engine bay exposed to the elements on my TJ I cut the hood for the top vents only definitely helped
