Jordan, thank you. That's motivation to start filming again. I've had some time away for home projects. Will be making more soon. Thanks for your comment.
@@MJMDetailingDiaries like you I’ve heard this ten times. They offered it to me on our Transporter at only £399 plus vat. Ah no your alright. Oh why don’t you purchase the Autoglym kit if you like to look after your own at £250 plus vat. Same kit is £59.99
@@Geeky_detail_reviews They sold it to my friend, when she took me with her to pick up her new Hyundai Kona, they said they hadn't got round to applying it yet.....that was lucky, she was all of a sudden £400 better off, and the owner of a bottle of Duel Oxide. 🤣
Enjoyed the video, great turnaround! I agree with the thoughts on the Dodo Juice Tar remover, it needed more applications than necessary in my opinion so now sits unloved in a cupboard!
Thank you buddy. Yeah the dodo is great on sticky summer tar, but once set it's game over. It's like the tar spot remover tarmalade. Very specific reason for use, but not a tar slayer.
I'd better explain for the viewers...."Odd Balls" is my hat...... no viewer discretion required 🤣. Thanks for the comments Stephen, hopefully more like this to come in the new year.
when i valet cars i either use citrus as prewash then i add some apc in with my snow foam it gives that extra kick to knock off every bit of dirt and grime i guess on white its a diffrent ball game ... great video 👍
Thanks Gareth. Was a decent clean this one. Most of my videos are about products rather than specific methods or blending. Adding citrus to foams does work though. 👍👍
I know how it is as well. Done my friend’s Jag last week and it was covered in iron! I’ll need to do mine after the storm passes. I’ll be doing a video on using Stjarnagloss product only on my car to see how it is
Hi Mat, Thoroughly enjoyed this video mate, brilliant editing, nicely produced , very professional indeed!!. Also a very honest view of the products and I know you’re not one to praise a product when it doesn’t deliver even if it was free or paid for. Product wise I still haven’t seen a Dodo Juice review that has impressed me with the products used, i know you said the tar remover was for ‘well maintained’ vehicles but surely there’s room for both solvent & citrus based in the range (Autosmart have both ) 🤷🏻♂️ It would have been good to see if the Korrosol area also needed 3 hits to remove the fallout contamination, my recent GO DETAILING video showed their fallout remover to be quite weak in terms of active ingredient to dislodge the fallout, bleeding doesn’t mean it’s good. Fantastic transformation of the Audi though, you really batted the weather there and I’m glad the owners were really happy as most people just don’t have the first idea how much effort it takes. Looking forward to the next video, have a great Crimbo 🎄🎅🏻
Graeme, thank you for the quality feedback. Yes, Tarmageddon was a let down on terms of immediate performance, but it fits the dodo juice methodology and I am certainly impressed with the shampoo, flies undone and the fallout remover. The Korrosol area did take equal to clear down which was interesting. Personally I think Dodo Juice have their place, they make compromise in exchange for keeping LSP's safe. They also make a stunning wax. I think for me, understanding their products is a mix of highs and lows.
@@MJMDetailingDiaries thanks for clarifying the BH situation, very interesting scenario that , I’ve witnessed BH taking 3 hits myself so I know it’s not as great as the fanboys make out it is, 🥴
@@GMDetails Korrosol is always going to be a good benchmark. I've not found anything as yet that makes equal statement. f'off iron is a good and powerful fallout remover as you'll see from an earlier test I conducted. But when you play swapsies with Korrosol, does about the same.
I don't even have a car but can't stop watching these videos class results. Must get great job satisfaction when you see your end results

Hey Mat,
Great video! You really fought with the elements that day.. good selection of products and a lovely transformation!!! Keep it up mate 🔥
Viktor, thank you. It was a really enjoyable turnaround of nothing else. I filmed the interior and leather clean as well, that should be due soon. 👊
@@MJMDetailingDiaries Looking forward to see that Mat 🔥
Cracking video Mat, I’m guessing this is the one in question on FB regarding garage coating
Yes, this is indeed that car. You can see why I knew the coating had failed. 🤣

Great job there.
Thank you. Was a very satisfying way of spending a few hours of dad time 🤣
What was the second tar removal product you used?
It was Tardis from AutoSmart. I tend not to rave about it as it isn't always available to everyone.
@@MJMDetailingDiaries ok cheers. Got a similar job coming up on my own car 👍
@@stuartsmith5414 consumer products wise, blackjack from Duel or Detail Bug tar remover are very good.
