I have the same chronic headache . I have cosumed tons 😂 of painkillers. But recently as i feel the Vibes of it, go to kitchen to boil water and take towel to dip in it . Then I put this hot towel on my shoulders,back neck , forehead and the affected area . Believe me it gives immediate immense relief . You might have sinus because I have the same issue. Please get an X-ray done and you’ll know. Take steam on a regular basis it will help… avoid dairy and chocolate because that aggravates it. You had yogurt maybe that’s why you’re have the headache. In sinus this happens … hope it helps

Hello Lakhan....this headache is probably due to 2 reason...one is gastric headache and other is eyesight. I feel you have frequent gastric issue....best solution take 1 teaspoon ajwain and saunf after meals. And dont lie down immediately after meal.
