Great video! I am in the process of setting up my machine and noticed the plastic tape on the laser tube, i wasnt sure if i should remove to keep it but your video help. Also my unit did not come with the honeycomb tray installed, how do we install it?
You moved up from a 50 w machine to the larger 80w, I'm just starting out and was thinking of getting the 80w to start due to the larger work area. If you were buying your first machine would you get an 80w today?
I did not move from 50 to 80 I have 50 to 130, this machine was purchased for my friend's son, so yes if you're purchasing I recommend to start with 80 bigger bed and more power, but it's all about money to

Awesome video! I have a question I just bought the same machine I just have the auto focus. I having a problem if I turn the key on for the laser it’s going through all the motion’s but it’s not engaging. Any suggestions
If you are using lightburn your minimum setting you need minimum of 10% power to even engrave would low speed like 150ms And one more question you're saying is going through all the mirrors what about the bottom lens I will send you a link how to adjust mirrors and lens that you need to watch the whole video will help you

The tape will not matter and the honeycon just place it in top you bed
