I'm feeling really positive that I either will not catch Covid-19 or if I do, I'll fare better than expected. I'm in northern climate zone 7b for gardening zone. We own 2 dogs. That gets us outside a couple of times a day, even in the banal depths of winter. But, I also supplement with D3.

I took some IVM and Vit D artemesia and other stuff like normal flu things, you know, lemon, etc and I was ok, not very sick at all. I am 51, a fair drinker, a past smoker and current vaper, medium fit and slightly overweight. My daughter, 22 and partner 51, somewhat overweight and has high blood pressure also got it. We all did well - carried on like normal except being isolated at home (we live on a small farm so things went on). My doctor told me that many people get sicker due to THINKING they will get sick and some doctors are actually making a full on study of long covid and the psychological impact vs actual illness. I had to stay away from media stuff ( we dont watch TV but you tube) and I was worried as I have had swine flu 2 years b ack and needed oxygen. However, I have anti bodies for covid now (tested) and I was really ok. I dont want to get a shot and my DOCTOR says there is NO reason for me to. So dont worry , if you are healthy on a normal level and keep yourself so, you should be 100 percent fine. Same for many I know. .Several people have had more severe illness and one man I know did die early on, but we all die sometime and like I said, I almost saw my end 2 years ago. Be safe and keep healthy - nothing beats immune system health.

In 2019, God was telling me to flee the West and I was wondering why I have leave when I just moved to a new property within a year. Anyway, I started searching out for a country in the South and in that process Covid broke out in 2020. Now, I understood why He wanted me to leave and the reason I refused to be vaccinated. I'm feeling really positive that I either will not catch Covid-19 or if I do, I'll fare better than expected. I'm in northern climate zone 7b for gardening zone. We own 2 dogs. That gets us outside a couple of times a day, even in the banal depths of winter. But, I also supplement with D3.
I had to chip in.Although I live in a sunny country, I still take vit D fro time to time - it seems to help me sleep. I caught covid. I took some IVM and Vit D artemesia and other stuff like normal flu things, you know, lemon, etc and I was ok, not very sick at all. I am 51, a fair drinker, a past smoker and current vaper, medium fit and slightly overweight. My daughter, 22 and partner 51, somewhat overweight and has high blood pressure also got it. We all did well - carried on like normal except being isolated at home (we live on a small farm so things went on). My doctor told me that many people get sicker due to THINKING they will get sick and some doctors are actually making a full on study of long covid and the psychological impact vs actual illness. I had to stay away from media stuff ( we dont watch TV but you tube) and I was worried as I have had swine flu 2 years b ack and needed oxygen. However, I have anti bodies for covid now (tested) and I was really ok. I dont want to get a shot and my DOCTOR says there is NO reason for me to. So dont worry , if you are healthy on a normal level and keep yourself so, you should be 100 percent fine. Same for many I know. .Several people have had more severe illness and one man I know did die early on, but we all die sometime and like I said, I almost saw my end 2 years ago. Be safe and keep healthy - nothing beats immune system health.

They die from an overactive inflammatory response from the immune system, which causes fluid in the lungs. Vitamin D regulates the immune system.
