    Wrist Strengthening Exercises - 3 Sets of each exercise with wrist stretches in between each set
    ◦ Knuckle Push-Ups - Wrist Vertical & Wrist Horizontal - 10 reps each side
    ◦ Knuckle Side Planks - Right & Left Side - Hold for 30 seconds each side

    As a former Shaolin/Wushu/Sanda practitioner I may add that doing jumping knuckle push ups is like adding sugar on top. Good video!

    3 sets of 10 tricep push ups on your knuckles. 3 sets of 10 push ups on your knuckles. 3 sets of a side plank on your knuckles on each side. Whenever you’re doing prison workouts, do it on your knuckles. Make sure to stretch.

    Ive been boxing for 2years and telling this from my experience , ive injured both of my wrist more than 5 times and the pain is unbearable . Having weak wrist just slows me from reaching my goals.

    Tip: do the pushups with boxing gloves we do this at my boxing gym it doesnt hurt the knucles so much

    The fake energy and desperation to overcompensate lack of real achievements kills this video, is more of a lecture on how to develop early arthritis, vague and a "one pill" solution. Terrible!
