Northern California drivers continue to win championships at the elite levels of racing. Congratulations
I hate that state. But, yeah. Odd that you don't see much out of Southern CA. But Northern CA definitely has the drivers.
Only 7th today for Brent Marks but a season with over $630,000 in total money earned is bad ass so congratulations Brent Marks for being the top money earner and also Anthony Macri congratulations for being the top winner in 2023 with 23 and 3rd overall in money earned behind only Brent Marks and Donny Schatz. PA Posse kicked ass in 2022.

I always hated Schatz, but that's only because he won too much. I think I'm really starting to like the guy. Didn't bash on anybody in the post race interview and really gave credibility to alot of other drivers. Gotta love it!

Donny Schatz is atleast the top money earner in 2022 of the WOO regulars even if he was 4th in the points. Donny Schatz is still the king post Steve Kinser era IMO for the WOO.

A big Brent Marks fan and PA Posse fan but the young California kid that got 2nd today, Gio Sczlei is a future bad ass driver who held his own against the PA Posse, the WOO and the ASCOC. You Gio Sczlei fans are going to have fun for many years to come and I wouldn't be surprised to see Gio Sczlei winning these big mega money WOO races like The Knoxville Nationals, Kings Royal etc or the Big ASCOC PA Posse race, the Tuscarora 50, in the near future. I would put money on Gio Sczlei being the top money earning driver some time in the next 3 years with him having a season like Brent Marks had this year or what Kyle Larson had in 2020 and 2021. Gio is the guy to keep an eye out and not sure if he stays as an independent traveler from California or a full time WOO driver in the near future. Whatever he does he will only get better and soon possibly dominate.
There are a couple of really good kids starting to emerge from West Coast racing

Yeah I had to make sure I followed my warm up routine to avoid injury. There was also the MLS final. T20 world championship and the The RLWC 2022 as well.
Great way for Donnie to end the year. Will be interesting next year! I doubt Brad will win it again.
Two things: CA drivers dominate again. 4 of top 6. And Schatz has some solid power under the hood. He really put it on the rest over the last couple of nights.
Last lap restart of the last night was an eye opener. 40 years sprint car racing and I’ve never seen a car gap a field like that…

Don’t know if it was the set-up or the driver, but horrible finish to the season for Gravel. Sweet came through when the pressure was on and the 2 didn’t.

I hate how much. brad does not matter he just won the championship and shots is the only one who matters
PA Posse did OK with Brent Marks getting 7th, Anthony Macri 9th and Lance Dewease 10th. Disappointing that the PA Outlaws, especially Logan Schuchart didn't do better with no top 10s for the PA Outlaws. The PA Posse in 2022 actually did better then the PA Outlaw drivers with the PA Posse's top drivers like Brent Marks, Anthony Macri, Lance Dewease and Danny Dietrich. Logan Schuchart should be a consistent top 5 driver but he wasn't in 2022 and only finished 6th in the points because of his inconsistency. Atleast Shark Racing showed up for the Knoxville Nationals so all in all not bad. But I am sure Shark Racing will work overtime in the off-season and try to figure out how to be more consistent in 2023.
