- Checking out World of Outlaws Dirt Racing for the first time! Big thanks to Monster Games and iRacing for allowing me to preview this game to you. The next video that comes out will cover the career mode. Let me know what you thought about the game in the comments below! With this, I believe that Monster Games should be given the NASCAR license again because with the backing of IRacing, it would be a great game in my opinion. This video also convinced me that Monster Games is always improving!

Yup, I was hoping for that now that iRacing is on board, hopefully NASCAR Heat 6 one day, and a return to PC releases. But I might have to break out my XB1 for this dirt game.
NASCAR Heat were terrible games, some of the worse.

Physics look pretty decent, can definitely tell there was iRacing influence on that. AI also look fairly racy and not complete pushovers. However, at Eldora the track didn’t ever slow down session to session and lap times were a bit too good. Shouldn’t be able to run a 12.4 halfway through the A-Main. Get the track to wear and slick off and this should be a pretty fun game

@@Zacparsons_37 more track wear in all races not just a main. But the game is pretty good it looks like a make over for tony Stewart’s game. Really good game though, glad to see real names are in the game (people I know, like Tyler Hudson and Tyler burgess) and i think it needs to have more of a iracing feel like I seen him turning but the wheel wasn’t moving I love iracing and I plan on buying the game when it comes out but it needs a little more improvements
Yeah same with fairbury the lap times are a second faster then real life
I feel like this game was to just get out to console with the iRacing name on it. With some major adjustments but not everything we were looking for. I think the next game will be much better, car physics, and track wear. I also think the car models will all look a lot better too. Hopefully they give us more customization as well

So many positives, well done. There's one thing that I HOPE they can make happen... Different track conditions for qualifying / heat / mains (both with physics and visually). It looked like it was the same track for each, and lap times didn't seem to change much. Please incorporate tacky, dry and slick dirt!!! Especially slick in the A main
I could care less if it LOOKS it but yea different conditions and track changes would be cool.

Yeah, it does look like it was stuck on tacky the whole race, but should be pretty fun.
With this not being a PC game, I'm hopeful this is a sign we are close to getting dirt AI for iRacing since iRacing had a hand in this game. Looks absolutely amazing!
That was exactly what I said a few month ago. Hopefully this is the test bed for iRacing to try some new stuff for us.
I think iracing just put thier name on it. This is just the same old monster games junk.

Honestly optimistic about this game. Love hearing about the physics. Looks to be a couple competitive grooves (at least from what I see). Excited to have WoO game!

Not like PC because it's console only. No console game can compete with PC. Too many variables with PC that consoles can't do.
Since this game looks so good too we should all support it so that they can do things we want

If you can’t see the progress they’ve made since TSSC you’re crazy. This looks incredible in comparison and only took 2 years.
Look at the dumpster fire nascar ignition was and that was a 2 year build
I agree looks improved but it's still TSSC at it's Core which isn't a bad game but isn't WoO 2002
I'll be picking it up to play with family but don't expect to lose myself in it
@@MikesCabbages having played that game recently, i feel the majority of the love for that is nostalgia. It's an amazing game, but I think it's highly overrated

@@Racinrasslinfan36 I agree but this has been a pretty quick turnaround to getting 14 licensed tracks, multiple classes and one of the best racing sims involved. Best thing I heard is the physics are better. Which is iracings strongsuit. Not saying there’s not plenty of faults in franchise but it’s moving in good direction.
As a dirt track fan(late models)of all of them, and this looks like what I’ve been wanting in a dirt track game. I have always wanted more realistic physics etc….

Game looks fantastic. I’ve loved all the racing games from monster. Small improvements with each release. Just hoping this does well enough and they get enough interest for a full asphalt game on console. Tour mods, sk mods, super late models, late model stocks, street stocks. Plenty of classes to explore in the same style as what we have here
Can't agree with you enough about a full on asphalt game from grassroots to higher end late model and super late model racing.

To me, the presentation alone is a huge improvement. A lot of my love for dirt racing is the atmosphere. I love the announcer before the sprint car A-Main as well as the national anthem. I will definitely be purchasing this game.

Great job showing us the game. The graphics and physics look really good and with real tracks, real drivers, it adds to the game having even more of a realistic feal to it. With the number of tracks and different classes in this game, the longevity of game play should last for a long time. I still play Tony Stewart's All American racing. For me, what keeps me coming back to these games is the fact that I always feel I can improve whether it is car set up or my driving skills. Growing up in NY, I am most excited to see the Big Block modifieds in the game.
I've always loved Monster Games. Their games are always fun, and they improve on each release. This game looks like a definite buy for me!
This looks fantastic. I really enjoyed the SRX game but this looks quite a bit better.

If Monster Games is reading this: Please put track degradation in the game, tear offs, and visible dirt in the air throughout the race, make it dusty! If you can do this, I would recommend doing it as it would elevate the game to be so realistic and fun. Sometime in the future it would be cool to see a full show and we can watch other races/qualifying. Overall this looks great so far.
Another thing is maybe adding weather, to make rain outs in career mode, or a light sprinkle to postpone or delay a race.
Also damage. Like how many you see with a damaged fender at the races every week and thrkughout the races? Would be a nice touch as well.
@@annvaske5177 and also change the track temperature and traction to change up the race.
I can’t stand that dirt games don’t have the race track changing through out the night. That’s why iRacing is the cream of the crop. But this still looks fun though since there’s a ton of content at game launch.
Love Monster Games and everything they are doing! I hope someday they can get the Nascar license and improve from the heat series now that they are with Iracing. Also hearing the national anthem in the different ways reminded me so much of Nascar Thunder 2004. Love it love it love it! Cant wait to play this! Monster Games is heading in a good direction!

Holy bejeebus! That was awesome. Game actually gave me goosebumps. It looks soo freakin' realistic. Imagine that on a 80" tv.

I play iracing and was debating on getting this but after this review I'll be pre ordering the game and telling all my buddies about it, looks great for console and much more affordable to jump right into seeing as none of my buddies have a rig or pc thanks for review!
I had zero concerns …Iracing wouldn’t put their name on something that’s not polished! Absolutely can’t wait for this!

I check your page every day for the career mode gameplay.
Only 3 things I want more from the game. Screen getting dirty thus having to use and manage tear offs, changing track conditions, and add Silver Dollar Speedway. Such a fun tight 1/4 mile short track to run on
Thank you Jeff for showing the game the trailers had me interested a little bit after the gameplay one. The physics look a bit better then srx's and the way the two sprint cars crashed at 6:09 looked believable! I may try to get this game if I can on day or the week it comes out!

Thanks for the video. I have been looking forward to this game since it was announced. Port Royal and Williams Grove in the game, this PA man is excited!! And the hometowns on some of the drivers...I know those real places. That is such a nice touch.
I like how they are winged over. Looks like touching wheels will make you filp which is a nice touch.
Same I'm tired of being able to rub paint with sprint cars as if they were street stocks

This is the first game I've ever saw that had Port Royal. I never thought I'd see the track I spent my childhood at in a game.
The presentation and different camera view along with career mode is what’s missing from iracing.

Things are looking up for this game, I've been hyped about this game since I heard this was gonna happen. Can't wait for it to release, I already pre ordered the game and I picked the gold version and I'll be getting the Sammy Swindell sprint car as a pre order exclusive. Plus I'm happy they added my local sprint car track Port Royal Speedway, "the speed palace" as it's called. The physics have had a big improvement compared to SRX, All American racing and Tony Stewart's Sprint Car games. Plus from the video the cars drive like they do in real life and I'm gonna give monster games and Iracing the credit they most deserve.
Yeah I don't know how the pre-order exclusive Sammy Swindell works I pre-ordered at Best Buy I didn't get the gold cuz I didn't have enough for it at the moment but I can always just pay for the DLC later and I agree I love seeing Port Royal my Dad's cousin Craig Morgan race there at least once that I remember we went there and we won that night in Street stocks I even have a Victory Lane Photo

One thing I hope in the future is being able to pick Posse drivers for home tracks like Port Royal!!
Adding a little brakes throughout the corner could help with car control. This game looks really good, awesome showcase. Very presentable. Keep up the good work Jeff!

@@Stroker_Ace_99 think he has it confused with Motorsports Games developer of NASCAR Ignition ‘21.
Monster games is usually pretty good tbh and the sprint game of TS was the first one after working on the heat games but the srx's other drit racing classes where pretty good.
Between the opening ceremonies and the announcer talking during the race, reminds me of NASCAR Thunder days which is really nice.
The game however looks awesome! I’ve really started to like dirt racing a lot more here recently so this looks like a hell of a time!

Looks like another improvement upon the last Monster game, just as expected. Unfortunately as a PC player who refuses to get iracing, I’m going to buy a used console just to play this game!

Would love to see what car customization options as well as what car damage looks like in a future video. Curious to see if the car damage is similar to the 2002 game with wings bending when flipping and such

Game looks awesome, but as a fan from South Dakota, the question still stands: where the heck is Huset’s speedway in iRacing and in the new video game? It’s the best 3/8 mile bull ring in the nation (or at least the Midwest) and also will have the richest Outlaw purse in the nation…why has it not been scanned? Huge loss.
I live 15 mins away from husets and I agree. Husets takes is an absolute bullring and takes a lot of guts and skill to race at

Recently started iRacing and I have new respect for the dirt drivers, I've been trying the dirt modifieds and they are insanely tough to keep going...cant wait to get in the sprints. that spin in from of you looked awesome... nice response too,

Once again, Jeff brings us something new! You never fail to disappoint Jeff and it seems like everything new that you show us, it's actually pretty good and impressive, it's like you know that it'll be something good. This game looks like it's fun.. I'm like you, I love checking out new games and seeing what they're about but I'm not like you, I always seem to pick games that aren't that good, where you ALWAYS pick games that are fun and good lol
I'm so sold the rest of my games are just gonna sit for a long time after this releases

Game looks fun, I hope they have added in that the cars get damaged, wings destroyed on the sprints and fenders wrinkled on the street stocks and late models. I hope the tracks change a little faster in the final version and a developing cushion. In all, looks like a huge improvement over the other games, may have to pick up a console just to get this.

Looks like an amazing game, despite the fact that two key features not even being implemented, one being tear-offs, and the other being real-time track degradation. Those would've elevated this game to a whole new level.
Be new feeling of controlling your car during pace laps n cautions..
Just be happy with what they have. You can’t implement everything off the rip, they gotta figure out what the people want
@@gagemeyer363 Oh, I pre-ordered the game regardless. I'm just saying that two integral parts of dirt track racing in general are not even being utilized right now. Then again, I guess both Ratbag and THQ have spoiled me on what a WoO game is supposed to be like, as the PS2 WoO game was ahead of its time, and the Xbox360 game, despite having its own problems, was an amazing game, and the first time that real-time track degradation was ever implemented in a game. It could be nostalgia blinding me, but any other dirt track game out now somewhat pales in comparison, and that's coming from a guy that owns every Monster Games dirt track game that's released for current consoles to date. Besides, iRacing is known for making their sim racing platform as realistic as possible, so it would make sense, to me, for iRacing to add in tear-offs as a built-in feature in the game.

I noticed some other real life drivers that are not WOO official drivers. Billy Dietrich, Brandon Matus, and McKenna Hasse, Bobby Pierce, Nick Hoffman, Darrell Lanigan and others.. . I wonder if you can unlock those and play as them as well..
I noticed that too. But they weren’t in their typical cars. So like they had fantasy paint schemes but real drivers
@@aydenseiler pierce Lannigan and Hoffman were in there normal car but I did see Ryan unzicker in just a generic paint scheme but the correct number
I would say he got an earlier build of the game without all the drivers updated.

Looks improved for sure. I wasn’t sure what to expect but seems worthy of a purchase. Strange that they are still using the 25 car field, which is not a thing lol. Do the LM have a redraw instead of a dash? It’s the little things that help with the authenticity.
When they take provisionals like at the grove they get up to 27 cars…🤷♂️

@@wayfastwhitey2699 of course, but the game isn’t using provisionals, they are taking 5 from the B instead of 4.
Also need to fix the MPH gauge. They are not hitting 123 at fairbury.

I’ve always gotten great enjoyment from these games, and it’s good to see the improvements. That being said, I don’t see enough to purchase at full price.
Then don’t. I will be, this the first dirt game I’ve seen in over 10 years with accurate physics, and good graphics. Other dirt games it’s hard to even call them realistic. With the exception of full blown iracing. This game looks fantastic!

Like imagine having CARS Tour, Arca Midwest, and tons of other asphalt series in one big game
Worst part of this honestly was seeing there are 4 tracks of The L.A. Maybe on the OST. 4 TRACKS?!?!? Damn. Hopefully the songs are random whenever you boot the game up lol. Game looks awesome, happy for Monster, keep up the progress guys!

And you did a great job showcasing the game for us I would love to see more of this. I know they wanna cater to the general public but I’m tired of the arcade style games. Was hoping for more track detail, heavy, dry slick, rubbered up etc.. tire wear from different grooves around the track. Car damage detail would’ve been cool. And what’s up with every dirt game always being in some sort of run down dirt floor shop “in the pits” why not have the cars behind a hauler with actual pit sounds. Is that so hard?! Haha. None the less just thankful for continued efforts for dirt racing games
