It may have been a long time since you went to a museum, or maybe you haven't been to one because you thing the closest one is miles away. Well, you may be mistaken. As more and more county museums are popping up all across Tennessee, Tennessee Crossroads took some time to check one out in Sparta, TN.

Sadly, such museums are all too often underrated and under supported. I applaud the work these dedicated folks are doing. The journal titled "The PastFinder" published by the White County Historical Society is also worth a look.
