Why it is (3+1) in horizontal RLC??
Each vector like (0,5) will take 1 bit to represent pixel value 0 or 1 and 3 bits to represent the number of pixels like 5 here. So the total bits to represent each vector is equal to 3+1.Got it?
@@nithamirpur128Got it. Thank You 😄
What do we do if the total number of pixels can not be reduced by the original?
What is this max length that are taken as 5 in case of row wise and then 4 in column wise..Mam...
Hw did u assume bits required as 3 bits for max.length 5 in horizontal RLC and same 3 bits for max.length 10 for vertical RLC,,
Really well explainedKeep up the good work !!
Thank you so much. Please subscribe, like and share with others also...
How u are assuming the binary bits like 3 bits for maxlength 5
2^3=8 which will conver maximum length.2^2=4 which can't conver maximum length 5.Therefore 3bits are required.

I guess that shouldn't be Total number of pixels it should be total number of bits
According to 8 4 2 1 binary Representation 4 bits in binary right???Then (4+1) will come right??
no brother it goes like 5 decimal converts into 5 = nearest bit 4 so 5-4 = 1 ; 1 matches with 1 bit so 4 2 1 which gives 101 so 3 bits
How 3 bits in binary
Representation in binary...
How are u habibi?
With 2 bits you can represent upto 2^2 => 4. So to represent 5, you need additional bit. Now you can represent till 2^3 = 8
this is so amazing, thankyou!
Thankyou madam

@Dr. Sapna Katiyar If maximum length is 4(for Vertical RLC) then why we have opted 3 bits in binary?
Because 4 in binary is 100
Max length is 4 so jt can be represented using 2 bit
Tu kuchh jyada hi pad liya😂
Hi
