So, I have a dream yesterday, and since Jorbs you're in it, I kind of want to share it with you. So in this dream, I'm watching you playing an Anime XCOM game, which somehow also is collabing with the Vtuber group Hololive and features some of their talents. The main character, whose teenage daughter had gone missing/in a coma due to aliens, so she is trying to fight back. And during a cut scene where she is dissecting an alien corpse, the daughters friend is also helping. During their conversation, the friend just casually drop a line like "this remaining organic tissue is just a fashion trend in the galaxy", which is so hyper specific, that pretty much comfirm she is also an alien, because no human on Earth could acquire this weird knowledge. The scene is considered very brilliant and heart warming (in my dream, at least), one because the girl, despite not being the race that's attacking Earth, exposing herself to be an alien to the human leader is very risky for obvious reason, but she really want to help her friend, so she is willing to take the risk. Two, this girl's setting as a Vtuber is she is an alien, so it works really well. After this big information drop, the mother is very surprised, but simply accept it after a few second because she feels her determination. Overall a nice scene. During the scene, since you had played the game for a long time and watch the same scene many times, simply smile and nods in approval while chat go all crazy. After the cut scene is over, the player now can appoint a "Chief Scientist", and this alien girl who has vast knowledge of many alien civilization is the default and only option at the start. So chat go even wilder and start chanting her name as cheers. Here's the dark twist. In the vanilla game, this chief scientist is in no dager at all. However, you are playing with Long War mod, in which the cheif scientist can be killed ,which has a high likelihood to happen, so under the hype there's some worries. You simply reply with "I'll try my best" with a smile, then proceed as usual. This foreshadowing is so obvious, I'm 100% sure the girl will die, and is also really worry, because she's such a nice person. So anyway, the dream becomes me being in a cooking show, which the normally nice restaurant will give the host, who is also a professional chef, a rather ridiculous meal, and they will give some hints for everyone to guest. The hint we receive are a whole tomato and whole onion, so I suggest it may be a gigantic hamburger, with every layer in between patties will be a slice of tomato or onion, until they use a whole tomato and onion. I didn't get to know the answer because the dream stop here, but it's highly suggested that I'm right. Also the kind alien girl is definitely going to die during the campaign. So please asked dream Jorbs to take good care of her D: .
