I totally agree with brother Belal Asaad. When I read the Quran its like its talking to me. It gives me the answers I am seeking to issues in my life. The content of the verses are so relevant and up to date. Those things that happened before are happening now the tests the prophets went through are a means of guidance for us. They tell us how to approach matters. The quran is pure guidance. Subhanallah.
I wish i felt this. My relationship with the quran is weak, i just recite it without any understanding so i’ve never managed to have these feelings or the find the peace i am seeking just by reciting the quran. My intentions are tontry and understand more now
@@amirahsultan1617 inshaallah with reading the quran attentively with translation and commentary, the connection and understanding will come. Allah is for everyone, dont give up, that connection will increase with regular zikr. Read your zikr and quran attentively even if it is 5 to 10 minutes a day. Having a good teacher helps when it comes to understanding the verses of the Quran. Little by little you will get there. Read in solitude. Quite space where you can concentrate. May Allah swt bless you with peace, tranquility and strong imaan. Ameen

@@amirahsultan1617 I think many of us go through this in the beginning. For me, things got better a few years ago when I started making a conscientiousness effort to detach from consumerism, materialism, and pop culture. I realized those things were distracting my mind when I was in prayer and from appreciating the world around me. I couldn’t get deep into the meaning because my mind was stuck. Now, my mind is more clear. It was a slow gradual process for me. I started to fast outside of Ramadan. Get to know, the inner spiritual side of the religion. I spent a lot of time researching the tafsir explanation of the verses while I was reading, it’s so profound, but it requires effort. It took me 2 years to read the Quran for the first time. I’m sure others can read it faster as our journeys are all different. Don’t give up. ❤️
4th stage is the scariest.. May Allah protect us

4 stages of Allah's Da'wah (invitation) back to Him:
1) 16:00 Shows you and clarifies to you the guidance by sending you and opportunity to listen/read/meeting a person to remind you e.g. Khutbah.
2) 21:40 Nurture you through disciplining you by bringing a problem/challenge into your life as a learning curve or wake up call
3) 24:00 Allah will bring you something compelling (something you must face with no way of avoiding it)
4) 25:30 Final catastrophe - Allah lets you go from His guidance
