I couldn't sleep all night. Something kept me awake, it was 2 hours before Fajr and something was telling me to pray Fajr and ask for forgiveness. I did that and cried my eyes out asking for guidance for forgiveness as I am going through very dark path in my life, always thinking Allah is upset with me and won't forgive me. Then this video shows up and literally puts me in unstoppable tears. May Allah guide us the same way as he did to Ahmed and forgive our sins and grant us all jannah. Inshallah I will make it a habit to pray more prayers. This to me was a sign I needed. Will keep all the ummah in my prayers as well for Allah to Guide us all and share this beautiful story.

This is absolutely true. I was once very near to Allah but due to tests in life I became lost and at my furthest point away from Allah I remember laying in bed about to go to sleep and due to a mere ember in my heart I made a simple request to Allah "do not let go of my rope to you for I have not let go".
Since that singularity he has rushed to me with increasing speed and I've only progressively come closer and closer to him and further away from sin incrementally.

Brothers and sisters, I normally don't write this sort of comment, but please make dua for me. Even tho I felt the heaviness and my emotions rose while hearing this talk, I couldn't shed a single tear. Even tho there was a slight moment where they started to fill with tears, not one streamed down my face. Please, just take 5 seconds and make dua for me, and for all of us, that Allah SWT protects us from eyes that don't weep out of fear for him. Ameen

I am suprised I shed some tears and made dua after the video. The thing is I used to be in your state where when I see something heart stoping I couldn’t even shed a drop of tears . The way to do so is by doing a lot of good deeds and staying from bad deeds . A heart which is a rock which sins a lot can’t feel eman sometimes but a heart which does a lot of good things and stays from bad sins then eventually it will .
May Allah make it easy for us. I want to be in a state in which when ever I see worthy of dropping tears I want to .

I listened to this video while driving to work this morning. The part where the Sheikh went to find Ahmed to share the Quran verse he got from the greater Sheikh, I could not stop crying. I felt Allah wanted me, the sinner to hear this. Allahuakbar

May Allah forgive his sins. For those interested, the verses that the Sheikh was talking about towards the end are from Surah Al-Furqan (Chapter 25) verses 68-70. May Allah guide us all on the straight path and forgive all of our past sins. 😢

Allah clearly tells us in Qur'an :-
"O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs." - Surah An-Nisa [4:171]

I’ve only been a revert to Islam for a few months. Lately I’ve been struggling. So badly. This made me break down in tears… this man’s story, I hope, is an inspiration to all other Muslims who are struggling in their faith. Allah’s forgiveness and greatness is truly immeasurable, Subhanallha! Ya’Allah, may He make our paths easier to tread and may our lives always be in pursuit of Him and His Greatness. I wish to try harder to live out my faith, love, and fear of Allah and I hope others who see this video feel the same, especially if they don’t already. To live in the security of Allah, with Him in the center of your heart, is the truly the greatest way to live, mashallah ❤️❤️❤️

I try to find good things to say about the day. Overall, I just try to be thankful that I get to see the end of another day.

As I was listening to this speech month back I thought to myself didn’t this young man had hope in the mercy of Allah. Allah is the most merciful and the most forgiving. And then a day came when shaithan made me do a sin not similar but something that Allah wouldn’t like (I would not love to expose my sin here). This sin made me feel devastated and made me feel that Allah would hate me for it. I would cry most of the days in sujood asking for forgiveness and yet not believe to myself that Allah has forgave me the first time I asked for repentance. Thats when a very close person of mine told me about Allah does not accept the worship of a sinner and set me a video regarding the same. I felt lost, hopeless (Asthagfirullah) and cried to Allah again and again. I felt so broken and depressed. I use to fear that I wouldn’t be able to meet Allah with love if he hated me. Shaithan whispered every word of hopelessness in me. But with time Allah healed me with Quran. When I thought Allah left me, I read this ayath of Quran مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ ٣ : Your Lord ˹O Prophet˺ has not abandoned you, nor has He become hateful ˹of you˺ 93:3. And then I read قَالَ لَا تَخَافَآ ۖ إِنَّنِى مَعَكُمَآ أَسْمَعُ وَأَرَىٰ ٤٦
He said, “Be not afraid; I am indeed with youdl , hearing and seeing.
It was enough for me. I realized how shaithan whispered to me that Allah wouldn’t forgave me. How I fell for this trap. It still brings fear in me. But then I tell to myself isn’t the mercy of Allah bigger than my sin.
Then I understood the feelings of this young man. When you love your rabb so much so intense you will want to please him and meet with him.
My love my dear people, no matter what mistake your loved ones do, never stop or even tell them that Allah would stop loving and forgiving them. Spread words of hope.
I woke up feeling totally depressed, I didn’t know what topic to search on, I just went on my feed and picked a random video which happened to be this, turned out I am battling a problem that strongly has to do with my eeman and it’s just worse when no one understands you and your loved ones are against you all for the mere enjoyment and life of this word. May Allah grant us all a good ending and increase me in Eeman and grant me ease at the end of my journey just as he has granted Ahmad

For those who couldn’t shed tears there’s nothing wrong in it. There’s no need to take such gesture in a negative way. Sometimes we doubt ourselves that are we even worthy of forgiveness even if we shed tears. Heart gets as heavy as the weight of this entire universe but tears won’t come out, why? Because we need to reflect on sins we done but Allah chose to conceal them, Allah still chose to keep you alive and gave chances after chances because Allah still believed his salve will change and be on right path. Reflect on these things brothers and sisters. That how merciful Allah is. Surely tears flow and Allah will forgive us, all the believers who bought eman before them. May Allah guide us all. Ameen.

And so this verse (And for such of your women as despair of menstruation…) was revealed”.
Amazing story of a young Muslim . May Allah grant him Jannah and give saber to his family . Allah elevated his ranks through a sin he committed .
This story is so powerful that it bangs the conscience of man. Millions might have done zina but the true repentance of one man makes it all the more special and impactful.
i saw this live and when he started i knew exactly what story he was about to tell…I just held my friends’ hands and told them to brace themselves😭 20 mins in we were all crying
"Do not marry polytheistic women until they believe; for a believing slave-woman is better than a free polytheist, even though she may look pleasant to you.
And do not marry your women to polytheistic men until they believe; for a believing slave-man is better than a free polytheist, even though he may look pleasant to you. They invite you to the fire while Allah invites you to paradise and forgiveness by his grace. He makes his revelations clear to the people so perhaps they will be mindful." (Al-baqarah 2:221)

Abu Ishaq al-Muqri’ informed us> Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Hamdun> Makki ibn ‘Abdan> Abu’l-Azhar> Asbat ibn Muhammad> Mutarrif> Abu ‘Uthman ‘Amr ibn Salim who said: “When the waiting period for divorced and widowed women was mentioned in Surah al-Baqarah, Ubayy ibn Ka‘b said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, some women of Medina are saying: there are other women who have not been mentioned!’ He asked him: ‘And who are they?’ He said: ‘Those who are too young [such that they have not started menstruating yet], those who are too old [whose menstruation has stopped] and those who are pregnant’. And so this verse (And for such of your women as despair of menstruation…) was revealed”.
