what type of workouts do you do at the gym? Long periods of cardio at all? I'm only asking because im worried that I would be too exhausted to run for 30 mins running on soylent only.

I've read on the official forums that a LOT of people are having that problem... namely Rosa Labs inexplicably dropping subscription shipments.

I will be posting a vlog about it tomorrow, but yes in the morning I do cardio for an hour, and at night I do weights

It may be because it adds extra calories, and what not. && Soylent does come with some recipes though, so you may try that.
