Interesting, I did not encounter that problem, as the Management should appear as you are progressing with the story

I would love to, but as of this time, this is a China exclusive, and there is no legitimate way to play the game without a Chinese ID number, sorry friend.

That Nuka-Cola pack at 11:14 converted into US Dollar is $430? Or did I convert it wrong? If it's true..why do people play games like this? I mean I love Fallout but I wouldn't play a game that has IAPs worth of hundreds of dollars.

@Jack Crouse Oh I see, that's a Vault tec VIP card which grants you 50 Quantums + 10 Nuka Cherries daily for 30 days, as well as an initial 200 Quantums + 50 Nuka Cherries upon purchase all for which cost 30 dollar in Chinese Yuan. 🙂
