- Happy October! 🍁 I thought I would bring you along on my monthly reset routine as we welcome the new month and get my life together. Today's vlog includes some deep cleaning, journaling/reflecting and some self-care because that is also essential and productive! This reset was much needed now that I've been in uni for a month and I hope that it gives you some motivation or inspiration.

it was yesterday only when i was talking about (in my audio journal) how healing your vlogs are and how I'm looking forward to more of those and i was soooo happy that you uploaded it the same day but it was nighttime for me and i was able to watch only half of it, thinking I'd watch it today in the morning but then it was not there?? I am new to your channel. My goals for this month is to search for a full internship at a well known brand Co. Another goal to set is having my physical health more aligned positively and enhanced greatly.
Question: Do you know what social media does to us?
Answer: it reduces our lifespan and time frame in between of leisure and comfort. We need to recapture the whole purpose of having relaxation and satisfaction. Multiple platforms work for us on a running basis. Does it require attention everyday though?
I hope this helps your thoughts on reducing the amount of social life. It will unplug our mental health in a great way. Not only it will fix our daily mindset. It also transforms our being and mind to reunite as one, meaning a flourishing life.
I hope everyone can reduce their attention and time spent on the phone, having a longer lifespan. Take care!
