More Leaks! Fixing a 1950 Ford 8N

  • It’s time to hopefully put this tractor project to bed! This tractor has been a long and on-going project as I tackle various tasks involved with fixing this up for regular use. It’s starting to come to an end!
    In this video, I’m working on repairing a few leaks. The timing cover below the governor, and 2 of the 3 drain plugs on the transmission and rear axle are seeping fluid past.

    That's the first vehicle I learned to drive. If it's not leaking somewhere, it's not running right. They leak worse when they're not running. It's easy to go down a huge hole stopping leaks. At least they're easy to work on and parts are easy to get.

      This one is kinda fun! Yeah, this is about where I’m stopping with it. The axle seal was the worst, but I wanted to get these easy ones done
