This is a solid pack that TNF really didn't make many changes to since the late 90's release. I only have a few complaints about the pack. I think they are selling this pack for a reasonable price. If you want to pick one up act now because I'm not sure if we will ever see this pack again!

Looking for the duraflex or itw buckles, authentic pack use them everywhere while fakes only us northface logoed ones. BTW the material and craftsmanship.....is hard to distinguish, also both use ykk zippers.

@@charlierobles8457 I got a fake resistor pack...and a real one from TNF website. in about 2016,it's holding up well now. The only difference I could possibly find is the fake one doesn't come with the power bank, except buckles. Reccomend buying from relaibale dealers.
@@johanxiao4485 i bought a fake Recon and it looks like the original, it also has the holographic tag, same material used, etc.
@@charlierobles8457 If you are sure about that, maybe checking the back of buckles at the sternum strap and where the nylon strap attaches to the shoudler strap, real ones should have some sort of wording or letters on the back.
Hello, my problem with this bag is the reflective strap sew into the bottom part of the back, how do i repair it if it peels off? does it have a repair cause it looks ugly
