Lemon Storage - Fridge Vs Freezer

I hadn’t thought about freezing whole either. Usually freeze the juice.

It is a super effective lazy storage technique. They dry out if left unbagged. Collect rind when frozen and thaw for juice.👍

I have to juice then freeze mine ,don't have space for 400 whole lemons! But never thought about freezing whole, might keep a couple for zest.

400 is impressive! Ours gets limited sun and limited loving. We do a fair chunk of giving away and freezing whole reduces the need for extra effort 👌.

@@dibbleandseed I put lemon and lime cubes in my 4L yeti cooler everyday to take to work. My eureka lemon is about 10yrs old
