So I drove a Nissan Altima 2014 & it’s one of the best cars I drove . I like how tight it grips the road & how smooth it is . My question is I want one but can’t afford one yet but what I can afford is a 2010 Altima . Can someone who drove both tell me if they drive the same . By same I mean how smooth it is & how it grips the road
I have 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 sr i know mines is a v6 compared to this 4 banger (in-line 4). Despite the problems my car has had since I have gotten it only a few months with 140k on the odometer. It drives smooth and is a good drive. Me personally (this is just me and my opinion) I’d rather get another civic or Toyota. Without the problems I wouldn’t mind having another Altima with less miles on it
The wrap on these cars is the CVT transmission... apparently they overheat. However, you can get after market coolers for them. My GF was looking at a clean 2011 2.5s with 105k miles for $4k ...and this is from my research. She's scared off because of the transmission probs, tho.
got a fully loaded 2010 2.5s with 186k on it for $3,300 out the door (plates, registration ect.). carfax has it being brought strictly to the Nissan for every repair including oil changes lmao. I really dont know if it was a good deal yet but it drives great so far...
@@carlosmoran1278 thanks, I bought it a couple days ago actually, is it normal that the car is 19mpg, I feel like that's a lot of gas for a 4 cylinder, of is that the normal mpg for an Altima?
ChiefsBeast I don’t personally own one so I wouldn’t be able to tell you I was just basing it off and how much that car sells in my area for 5k and over with 120k miles its quite expensive here so for 4k with 80k miles would cost almost 6k in my area, the car may need a tune up to get better mpg because that does sound low for a 4 cylinder
That's good to hear I just purchased a 07 Nissan Altima 2.5s and it only has 76k miles on it Carfax reported no accidents all green check marks on everything oil changed and filters changed every 2k 3k 4k miles car runs beautifully no noise whatsoever how often do u change your oil and filter in your Nissan??
@@davesanders8429 I change it every 4k miles, I also added a screen stereo with reverse camera for $350, it looks way better and you can change the sound settings for music and it was great, I recommend you to get one, even without the reverse camera
Actually this style only ran from 2010-2012! The 2007 model have a plastic cheap bumper, a toned down grill style, and more relaxed head lights. Although they are very similar the 2007 model was only made until 2009.

No Cruise Control, Air Conditioning, and Height Adjustment Drivers Seat on the 2.5. That Trim Level is mainly Reserved for Fleet Vehicles, that's why it's best to at least get the 2.5 S Model as most of those are in Dealer Lots anyway.
I have 2008 it's just solid reliable car great on gas and for 2008 has more technology than some 2021 cars
Had a 2012, awesome car until the cvt was about to fall off, now have a 2015 special edition and it amazing!! ( As long as the trans stays good)

@@legendindamakin5007 nah man bought the car like 2 days after i commented and i’m still driving it today haven’t had too many issues
@Ebenizir Trump glad to hear dude!
Think you might want to explain that key-less unlocking system better; it made it look like anyone can just walk up and unlock my car. xD
To do that, you must to have your remote key in your pocket.
Your keys have to be in close proximity in order for it to do that. So as long as ur key is in your pocket or purse, you can always open it that way.

They're literally identical in terms of underpinnings. The 2010 is probably not as refined tho.
