I tested my brother's 2007 Altima V6 with 80k miles and rides great. No rattles at all, very solid and the interior plastics are of great quality, dash and doors have soft touch plastics. I dont understand why people r complaining about interior quality.
Wow, I just rented a 2011 2.5 for two weeks. It wasn't to bad but I wish it was a 3.5. Didn't have enough power for my lead foot. Keep up the good work!!
I like the styling better than the current Altima. Used to have a 2007 2.5 S for four years & was a very nice well rounded car & was easily the best looking in the class for it's day.
I would totally recommend one. I have a 2012 2.5s . Its been in the family for 12 years and now I drive it daily. Very economical car with impressive performance. Car design still holds up as well. Plus, if youre a guy who likes to jam out in their cars, the stereo is very good.
I drove a 2009 Altima with a CVT. It definitely takes some getting used to. Plus it was almost impossible to pass on the highway (especially in the LA area where I was at the time) because there's no downshift, thus no burst of torque. Nissan should've at least tweaked the revs a bit to make passing easier.
Edgy and somewhat daring exterior styling coupled with a commodious and luxuriously appointed interior, which indicates to me that Nissan has heeded the persistent complains about the sub-par interior aesthetics of earlier Altimas. To me the most critical aspect of this heady development, that it's seriously encroaching into Maxima's territory. I mean as it stands today, there's precious little differentiates the higher trim level Altima from the Maxima itself.
Cool I just bought the same car in black, though I have only put 500 miles on it , so far it's great. Love all the features! I really can't compare it to my other vehicle I usually drive (2000 Suburban) because they're not in the same league, but the seats are a lot more comfortable and the engine blows away the chevy 8 cylinder.....Great engineering, great price, great car and great dealer experience. I maybe back for another.....
Im finna get an 08 3.5 in a couple of weeks! Im only looking at models between 2007-2009 because i like the front end better before they refreshed it in 2010!
I think you should consider keeping the radio off when you're showing cars to customers (or, at the most, play it very briefly to show how it works). It's distracting and increases your risk of losing a sale without providing any benefit. . But on the whole, I think you're doing a good job. Thanks for the videos.
Since 02 the Altimas been an amazing sedan. The 02 took sedans into a sporty-good looking-fun to drive car. Then the 07-12(the one were watching) the Altima took technology and looks again to a new level. Sure the 2012 doesn't look as nice as some sedans now but the 2013 will be coming out soon... and that'll take the mid-sized sedan category into a new level :)
@grod75 I get what your saying, but im not sure. I haven't had the chance to check it out. I think the center speaker works the same as the other 2 speakers in the front.
It's kinda worrying that the car that imitated this in GTA:IV, a game from 3+ years ago (accounting for when they designed the cars to go in the game) looks better than this does now... redesign most definitely! Thanks for the tour though Kyle, excellent and interesting as always :)
I may have underestimated the pure essence of this car. What I didn't know about these Altimas is that they share components with Renault Laguna. Yes, even the newer Sentras share components wit the Renault Megane. We don't why some of the newer Nissans share components with Renaults, but we think that Nissan may be onto something. Since I love Renaults, I had to accept this fact. Americans thought that Renault no longer sold cars in the States, but what they didn't know is that the newer Altimas and Sentras share components with Renaults for some strange unknown reason. Not to mention, this car is a lot better than the Hyundai Sonata and the Kia Optima.
So... is it true that the Altima has a noisy interior? 'Cause I've had a few experiences with some rentals that are base models and doesn't have any of the options, and they had the loudest interiors I have ever experienced. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
You and me both, at least! The dashboard and/or center console don't really leave much legroom while sitting up front. In fact, living in Colorado, I have seen only two or three of these newer Altimas in the last year.
What's with the odd number of speakers in some cars? For example, this one has 9, and the Nissan Quest that Kyle just reviewed has 13... Is there a "center" speaker somewhere in the car?
@@joshuawoods4577 are you a christian also i have a 08 nissan altima 2.5s k50 paint code ,black interior has a few paint chips on door bumpers and hood as my first car other than that good car also has 130k or so miles.
Very nice, sporty and confortable car at the same time. But i'd get a Coupè. I love this dashboard it's a bit different from others. and the back camera integrated in the radio display isn't that a new thing??
@CamaroGuy10 CVT transmission are voted one of the best transmission ever made if you didn't know i had a 2006 nissan murano with CVT and there was always smooth constant power and no shift shock so i don't understand why people are complaining about this transmission ?
@pgpg1 Tnx man... And do you know if the third speaker in the front works in the same way as the center speaker in home theater systems? I'm not too much into luxury cars, hence my curiosity... =)
I love this car. Has been around since 2007 and still is one of the best looking midsize cars on the road.
It’s kinda like a car to drive in the winter snow like the exterior and is like a wedding anniversary cake with blond seats inside
For an Altima, the start sound at 1:27 is awesome. Perfect noise.
Yess I love it
I have this car in blue, love it
so did my sister before she traded it in for a Malibu😢
SRT8 Nation your sister did the right choice
Rasheed Watson me to
Clarence Freeman omg I don't know what to say
They have awesome stereos
It's nice to see that this car has separate radio and climate controls. No touch screen to be distracting. Yet it still looks modern.
I tested my brother's 2007 Altima V6 with 80k miles and rides great. No rattles at all, very solid and the interior plastics are of great quality, dash and doors have soft touch plastics. I dont understand why people r complaining about interior quality.
am watching this video because i just missed my dad's '11 altima.... which was totaled 3 months ago. we'll never forget you alt !!
Favorite trim of the Altima
10 years later this is the black air force of cars
Always on demon time
why do ppl say that😭
Nice car. I have a 2007 Altima 2.5 S that I just bought a few months ago & I love it. It's the best car I've owned by far.
Wow, I just rented a 2011 2.5 for two weeks. It wasn't to bad but I wish it was a 3.5. Didn't have enough power for my lead foot. Keep up the good work!!
My first used sedan!! Awesome video bro.
I like all of your car reviews, keep up the good work.
I used to own a 2011 Nissan Altima 3.5 it had so much horsepower. The transmission was so smooth, etc. I miss that car.
Bought an '09 Altima 2.5 S earlier this year. I love it!!
barkeep2009 u still got it?
Love my 2002 Altima with the awesome 3.5

dude just wanted to say thanks to your videos you helped me buy my car nissan altima 05 THANK YOU
I have a 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5S (sunroof, backup camera, spoiler). I love that car. I want a 2012 3.5SR
The hell mine is a 2012 and it doesn't even have Bluetooth

The best looking Altimas ever
02-06 best looking
The 2002 model was the best Altima in my opinion.
i had this car for one year and still looks fresh for me and i totally love it ...
Nice exhaust note! Thanks for the showcase kyle!

This was a surprisingly great review, very helpful indeed.
I have this same exact car same year and model 3.5 SR it’s a great car for its year and 270 hp is decent
I got ome offered to me for 6k any tips to check if the car is good condition?
I love the startup
Yesss me too that Nissan beep really adds a touch to it too
a beautiful looking Nissan Altima 3.5 SR and Iove the color. ^_^
i like how he has a structure to his reviews. Almost like a robot
you rock Kyle! keep uploading!
Can't wait to pick mine up tomorrow! :)
8:44 Sounds like a alarm ⏰.
That 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR is gorgeous.

oh god do i agree that is a very gorgeous car!!!!!!!! can't wait till i can get my own in a few months
1:15 gotta love the VQ35DE
Yess
Those doors sound really really solid!!
They feel it too
Perfect review & great Nissan.
one of the best V6 motors in its class!
Love the blonde interior. Black interior looks cool also, though I prefer light colors inside.
i like nissan. they seem to give you a lot for your money. i also love the way the cars look. great video!
@Joseph9536 Yes they are. Automakers use 4300k which is white but has a slight amount of yellow. It looks more white at night.
Saabkyle's channel is one of those channles that i thumb up before watching :))

@grod75 the altima has 3 small speakers by the front windshield, 2 on front doors, 2 on rear doors, and 2 by the rear windshield.
Sweet ride, great video considering hes a one man operation

This is the perfect car for me, Hoping to get it soon in black, totally gonna save some gas with it.
I bought a few days ago will be received by the end of the week
I liked a lot
but 2011 full
Not a bad looking car! Great vid as always Kyle!
the only way to go with any altima sedan is the rear decklid spoiler option, a nice touch to the vehicle
@grod75 most of the time, that last speaker is a woofer, or in some cases cars have two woofers.
How about doing a review of a 2011 Toyota Camry se V6 and a GMC Acadia denali.
So if you can just press the button on the doorknob to unlock the door, what's to keep a burglar from getting inside?
شكلها جميل من الخلف
How do you dislike this? It's a beautiful car...
I always liked the Altimas, and plus Nissan does all those tests to make sure it'll last. I'd buy one of these.
when you push the button on the door does it unlock all the doors or just that one? great vid as always :-)

Cvt issues aside.. this is a rather attractive car and the interior is to my opinion beautiful damn you nissan for the horrendous jatco cvts...
this is a nice car

Scott Lantz because Renault owns Nissan..
Nissans here in the USA are just Americanized Renaults.
u think so? i didnt like that one that much.. what do u like better about it?
I like this car so much!! :)♥
I know rigth its cute :)
Haha ***** you are like me because i want a 2014 car too xD
Hahahaha good idea girl :)
Yeah!! My friend you speak spanish? :)
I speak spanish and a little be english its not too bad rigth? :)♥ i can show you spanish if you want too n.n

@igeekone You can see the color difference between the fogs and headlights. They are true HID.
I'm getting this car. A few more months of waiting won't hurt. >_
really hope the 2010 or 2011 version could be my first car.
Yesss I have a aunt in my family looking to get rid of her 2010 2.5 S and I’d love to have that one as a first car

Cutest generation of Altima ever
Clarence Freeman gay
lol, was thinking the same.
I would be happy to get a car like this so there is a reason to be gay.
Great altima
I like the horn. Macho horns like this should be standard on all cars, IMO.
Despite having the CVT transmission these cars are a great value for the money.
great vidoes, just a suggestion, i wish if you also point out at what type of suspention a car has, spicialy the rear tires.
Really hope you do the new model of this car! Its amazing!
Great video, I love that car.👍
Hey Kyle, please do a review on the gtr... That would be amazing! I'd like to have a closer look at the computers and interface
My first car but the 2.5 L S. Best car I had.
@GTXIR no its the same as the SE. they just changed the badge.
do u have to put ur foot ont the brake...in order to start the car or what ?
Very nice, sporty and confortable car at the same time. But i'd get a Coupè. I love this dashboard it's a bit different from others. and the back camera integrated in the radio display isn't that a new thing??
Kind of interesting to see HID Halogen headlights because I thought only the 2004-2010 Toyota Sienna Limited had that feature.
It will look a lot better with HID projector headlamps.
check out the Quest
it has the most luxurious interior in the whole minivan segment
@CamaroGuy10 CVT transmission are voted one of the best transmission ever made if you didn't know i had a 2006 nissan murano with CVT and there was always smooth constant power and no shift shock so i don't understand why people are complaining about this transmission ?
Great informative video. Going to test drive this one tomorrow! It'll be a first Nissan. Thanks!
VQ35 is love!!
Holy shit this car looks nice. Are they affordable for what they are?
if i needed a family 4 door on a budget, this would be it, of course with the vq35 only :)
@pgpg1 Tnx man... And do you know if the third speaker in the front works in the same way as the center speaker in home theater systems? I'm not too much into luxury cars, hence my curiosity... =)
Review of the Nissan Armada please!
Good review bro -
