Yo, yall.....I got hip to Barney Kessel recently, so I barely know him. But I know that his playing is phenomenal AF. And these lessons he gave us are nice. And then I got to this point in the lessons series, and he mentions "Now I'm gonna play some chords and I want you to solo over them." Can someone tell me why I had to hold back tears when he said that? 😭😭😭
I love how he seems to be happy! He's trully enjoying what he's playing.

Interesting how he plays that G7 with the thumb and those um other notes...
