10 years ago I was in a psychology class discussing compliance in Nazi Germany. I asked everyone how might we be doing the same thing now? The question was ignored, because it didn't even register, that the human traits we were discussing, applied to us too.

How many people deferred to the preassembled opinions of their proxies in the expert class? Why did 80+% of public school teachers support the now-obviously silly mandates to mask children and keep schools closed? Because they have been conditioned to stay quiet. The more power we entrust to public officials the more nonsense we should expect.

We're already like 1940s Germany, the entire world. People sacrifice their children to convenience. While they're still in the womb. People decide for themselves who is worthy of life based on arbitrary terms.

Higher education is very important for the gifted. Without it, one can go through one’s life thinking they are flawless in their application of logic. When you are in the top, say 0.1%, you are very rarely challenged. And, even when you are wrong, you can easily defeat those around you by outthinking them while defending your stance. However, when you attend a top university, you will be shown to be wrong by people who are at your level. It is there that you learn that your instincts and common sense are sometimes not enough to make breakthroughs-to see what others cannot see.

The problem is that he himself has delivered so much bullshit. There are psychologists who can do this much better than any part of society. But there are also many that display defects and if you can't see them, then that's certainly not an advantage.
There are probably reasons why the masses cannot see the quality defects so well.
It is not just the masses but every person has a problem with mass psychosis.
The masses have a problem with the criteria and that leads to a whole mass of problems. The masses work very poorly with the topic of cognitive abilities and this is confirmed with various consequences. I am not a psychologist. I have been dealing with this topic and with philosophy and many other topics that are connected to science for decades. During the time when the virus was a problem, it became even clearer that the entire mass had a problem with the criteria. The sum of the opinions not only indicated a problem at that time that eludes the perception of many people. There are many problems here, and in the end they all have to do with the abilities of the masses. When the question of blame arises, people generally try to shift the blame onto someone else. People live their day with a mask on and there are only very few who can see very deep into the well. Humans have a problem with various deficits and basically everyone is affected by them. I have seen psychologists who have made great statements and expressed great opinions, but this was definitely not so good.
People live with contradictions and if you can see them better, then that is certainly not a disadvantage. All the observations that I have noted here form a causal chain in which one word or statement supports the next. The masses here have a problem recognizing when a psychologist is in a good or bad position in the room.
People don't have the quality to question people appropriately and that's where the problem lies.
I have dealt extensively with the topic of manipulation of the masses.
I am the stupid person who was the first to connect the tipping point issue with climate problems. I am one of those stupid people, but I seem to question the world quite well. The people here hardly or not at all see how affected they themselves can be. The problem also occurs very often among psychologists, but not all of them.
You can put quality on a ladder and science is definitely at the top. People further down the ladder have less and less to do with it. People see themselves at the top of the ladder very quickly and far too hastily. People see themselves at the top of the ladder very quickly and far too hastily. What they don't see is that even those at the top still have a way to go. They don't stand in the room like ripe fruit, and I probably don't either. It may be that I can provide better insights that will take a person a little further and certainly not to the top. The findings in the series above already indicate a lot of problems. But this is only one approach that can show what may elude our perception. This shows only a small part of the causes and mutual effects that lead to a whole host of problems. People have a problem with criteria and that also leads to a lot of problems that can be associated with people's views. The sum of the problems leads to a few causes, which most people do not see. There are reasons for this and most people here do not see them because they themselves are among those affected.

The really great thing to come out of what the truckers did was to shine a light on what happens when governments start to control the financial transactions of individuals, it's all very well talking about the dangers of a cbdc but when people actually see transactions stopped and the illusion that you "own" the money/currency (or tokenised representation of you toil and accumulated resources) in your bank is revealed it spurs people on to learn about non government money and alternatives like bitcoin/gold and to further understand how currency is created through the issuance of bonds (debt) and fractionalized banking and other claims on yours and future generations labour, then its given out in a miss allocation of resources that is mind boggling, contractors sucking out value in the military industrial complex for example, companies 7 x'ing billions of dollars through simply manufacturing weird serums that are to be injected into the arms of the masses and so on and so forth

@@ericjohnson9468 The ‘adults’ never read any of these books. I’ve seen some of my parents textbooks, and it’s dismal what people have learned in American schools. Most of what Orwell, Huxley, Sinclair et al write would be terrifying for many people. More recently, it has become apparent that people rather mechanically laughed at George Carlin, but if they understood what he was saying, they wouldn’t have liked him. I think people laugh when they know something is wrong, but can’t see it in themselves, so something subconsciously happens and they laugh to shake off the pain. Listen to live laughter in any talk or lecture. It’s often uncomfortable.

Proud to be one of only 3% of Australians who refused the 💉 and resisted the mass formation, despite the devastating personal costs.
    --------------------
EDIT: Some commenters below have been querying my source. This statistic was provided by the Australian Department of Health and Aged Care, and it refers to 3% of eligible Australians, rather than 3% of all Australians.
Obviously, the non-eligible had no need to 'refuse' the 💉, as they were not being coerced to take it.
Indeed there was a very strange medico-legal abberration which occurred in my country, with 2-tier lockdown rules, which allowed the v axxed and those who were unv axxed due to non-eligibility to be granted greater freedoms of movement and association than those who we unv axxed by choice.
So clearly, our government's impetus to abrogate freedoms was intended as a measure of coercive control and punishment of freethinkers, rather than a necessary measure for public safety - otherwise ALL un vaxxed would have been subject to the more stringent lockdown rules. Not that I believe 'public safety' is EVER a justifiable reason for years-long abrogations of basic civil rights... but that's another story.
Note on epistemology: Some other commenters below have also suggested that I shouldn't trust the official statistics. I don't necessarily disagree. Though they are the most credible statistics I can access without omnipotence.
And they do concur with my lived experience. As a small business owner of a yoga and philosophy school with physical premises, I oversee thousands of people in my community and I was required to track many peoples' vaccination status for significant lengths of time. The 3% roughly tracks with what I personally experienced. Actually, if anything, my personal experience was that it was probably less than this - ie. fewer people were un vaxxed than even the statistics showed. This is interesting, since one might even expect that my specific demographic would show an overrepresentation of the opposite - that is, one could imagine that yoga practitioners and philosophy students might have more of a propensity to resist the 💉and the mass formation than the general populace. Sadly, that was not my experience in Australia.

During the "pandemic" I would often take my kids outside for hikes and bike rides, anything to be outside mask-free. One Saturday, we took a soccer ball and went to our local park, Martial Cottle park in San Jose, CA. Other than another couple, hundreds of yards away, we were the only ones there. There were signs stating that we should "Keep off the Grass and Stay on the sidewalks - Covid-19", but I ignored them and we kicked the ball around. After 20 minutes we fell to the grass, and looked at the sky with my kids heads on my tummy all staring up at the clouds and chatting. My kids spotted a helicopter in the distance. Suddenly there was a shrieking horn, and a police helicopter above us on a PA telling us: "Stay off the grass, and go to the walkways." I was stunned and my kids were afraid. I delayed, and they repeated the message. I felt outraged but figured the helicopter could land or police vehicles could arrive. We walked off, and I told my kids about bored police and my tax dollars at work against us. Now a few years later on a break in a hike my 16 yr old son and I sat on a rock overlooking the Pacific and mused about that moment and the totalitarian ideology of the today.

Never forget that!!!! From December 2021.......''The feeling of total powerlessness is terrible and I thought I had already experienced it. Wrong thought. An ICE train takes me back from Munich to Berlin. It stops in Nuremberg and Erlangen. Shortly after Nuremberg there is a commotion on the train, a man in a suit hurries to the back, pursued by the conductor and some fellow passengers, Erlangen station is reached and the railway police storm in. The man recognizes the inevitability of the situation and stands at the nearest toilet door, hands up. Nevertheless, he is pulled to the ground, plastic handcuffs are put on him and he is thrown out of the train with great screaming. Then a group photo of the officers with their target.
It is now clear what happened here. The man got on quickly, had no ticket, wanted to buy it from the train attendant and could not provide proof of vaccination. He was probably hoping to be able to escape from the platform in Erlangen. This was stopped by staff and self-appointed sheriffs. The brutal approach, the manhunt through the train, the mutual back-slapping of those involved, all of that would have been somehow bearable if it hadn't been for the 80 to 90 passengers in my car, all of whom praised the behavior of those involved, applauded and were outraged about the danger to public health posed by this one man, who of course wore a mask. In complete contrast to the admirers of the law enforcement authorities. Most of them only put their masks back on when the conductor appeared.
All the way to Bamberg, they were still getting excited about what should happen to 'unvaccinated vermin': locking them up, labor camps, even castration was suggested. I went through the car to see who was making such loud suggestions for a state of emergency. It was a colorful mix of society. The green hipsters who you could recognize by their Greta stickers on their laptops. The self-satisfied pensioners, the shift workers with their after-work beers, the eco-moms with their screaming toddlers, the couple on their way to the coast. And right in the middle of it all was me. I was unable to say anything, I was too cowardly and the shame of this cowardice froze me. I don't remember what happened between Bamberg and Berlin-Südkreuz. I fell into a kind of trance, I could still feel tears running down my face, but I was unable to utter a word or make any movement.
I just sat there. A shell of myself. Shortly before Berlin-Südkreuz I woke up from the blackout and went to the door. I had never considered myself a coward, had never avoided a political discussion. But what I had experienced on that train journey I only knew from history books. It wasn't just a matter of 'joining in', it was the desire to be right at the front, to be involved in the spiral of destruction that my fellow travelers reported so proudly. And I was too cowardly to do anything about it. Maybe because I was locked in with them - I hope I wouldn't have frozen at an outdoor demonstration. Because if everything had gone wrong, I could have run away. But there was no escape in this rolling block warden paradise."

It's saying to grow up and actually act like adults with some measure of emotional maturity instead of hypocrites, bc the neurotic projection and maladapted aggression that passes for sane and takes us to war fits the definition of 'depraved' or 'insane' much more accurately - We become the evil we project onto others and this inflated lack of humility is what we promote when we buy into all the dehumanizing bs propaganda narratives about what 'those bad people over there' are guilty of while oblivious to the fundamental role of finance behind it all.
So if we project our own shadows into these binary dichotomies - herd mentalities - and view the world in terms of good guys vs bad guys, or us vs them, we are the problem. If you learn to see it for what it is - a collective psychosis arising from pathologically dissociated behavior - it encourages you to withdraw your own projections and work to counter that collective momentum, bc you inevitably suffer the social, spiritual, geopolitical, and economic consequences of that.

Mathias has good point about rationalising because the family member I am speaking of here, has a habit of hyper rationalising and coming up with a quick explanation for everything, including things that are in no need of explanation. The hyper rationalistic is talking into the ground, through over explaining and rationalising they literally kill everything.

    Here's a ChatGPT summary:
    - Matthias Desmet is a professor of psychology at the University of Ghent in Belgium and an expert on mass formation psychosis.
    - Desmet became interested in herd mentality during his PhD when he noticed the replication crisis in sciences, where up to 85% of academic papers were not reproducible.
    - He observed that highly educated people often fall prey to groupthink due to a desire to conform and an educational system that promotes indoctrination.
    - During the COVID-19 pandemic, Desmet published a paper arguing that the fear of the virus was more dangerous than the virus itself, claiming that initial mortality rates were exaggerated.
    - Despite being proven correct about the exaggerated statistics, Desmet faced significant backlash and became a public figure in Belgium.
    - Desmet shifted his focus to understanding the psychological processes that lead societies to embrace absurd narratives.
    - He argues that loneliness and lack of meaning in life make people vulnerable to mass formation, where they latch onto narratives that provide a sense of control and collective purpose.
    - Desmet explains that modern masses are formed by isolated individuals connected through mass media, leading to extreme collectivism and the emergence of totalitarian states.
    - He notes that a small, cohesive group (20-30%) can dominate society, while a larger group remains silent, and a crucial minority (1-10%) speaks out against the narrative.
    - Desmet emphasizes the importance of continuing to speak out to prevent mass formation from reaching its most dangerous stages.
    - He believes that the COVID-19 pandemic may have acted as a psychological vaccine, making people more resistant to future mass formations.
    - Desmet is optimistic about the long-term future, seeing a growing awareness of the value of truth and sincerity.
    - He warns against the potential for new mass formations, even among those who resisted the COVID-19 narrative.
    - Desmet stresses the importance of ethical principles and humanity in resisting totalitarianism and mass formation.
    - He suggests that the collapse of religious communities has contributed to loneliness and vulnerability to mass formation.
    - Desmet advocates for rediscovering the original religious and scientific experience of unity and sincerity.
    - Main message: Desmet argues that understanding and resisting mass formation psychosis requires a commitment to truth, sincerity, and ethical principles, as well as awareness of the psychological vulnerabilities that lead to collective hysteria.

Excellent! Mattias has made a fine conclusion to the process of human development that points finally to where one sees the limitations of rational thought and moves into the mysterious direct perception of reality where oneness is seen. Strange how the lies and bs we’ve had to put up with can drive those willing to face the truth, towards a “spiritual” vision of life. Wonderful to hear! So rare.

As a religious perennialist very much aligned with Aldous Huxley's view expressed in his well known book "The Perennial Philosophy'" I relate to Desmet's weltanschauung completely. We must discover the depths of that transcendental One that is at the core of all religious and mystical experiences in all major religions of the world. This understanding can help us go beyond modern technocratic, materialist, totalitarian ideologies and craziness. In other words; go beyond contradictory dualities and see the One underlying all things.

And what is a bigger indicator than what Trump says himself and what the Heritage Foundation (a very influential and powerful Conservative think tank) says in their Project 2025.
People told me in 2016 that Trump’s potential Supreme Court nominees would never strike down Roe v Wade. I didn’t believe them, and I was right. I am a retired police officer in Ireland 78 yrs. retired 2003 having served in the UN…met a retired FSB agent from Russia during that time and he opened my mind to what the Soviet world in the thirties created a 100 year plan to destroy the West through a mind virus that was created in The Frankfurt school and by number of Kazarians Jewish philosophers called Repressive tolerance . An American philosopher Herbert Marcuse wrote an essay about this. In the 60 ies these Kazarians Jewish philosophers were invited to USA to teach these post modern philosophies . The students then became teachers and these poisons were then taught in the teacher colleges and in police colleges medical Colleges . The Chinese attached units to every university called Confusious societies who were run by CCP who used the honey trap to capture the professors in these universities .. this results in the current woke isms that are destroying the family which is the target . Today the Irish government issued a hate speech bill reinforcing. The Crazy Gander fluid issues ….the 100 year plan worked and Gi Jen ping celebrated this in 2021/22. In actual fact ultimately their attempt to destroy meant they broke Universal Law and when you break these Laws they will ultimately break you as in the soviet collapse and the pending destruction of Europe, America and China .. my hope is that Brics will restore sanity. The Ego was manipulated and now finally it has suffered enough Self is waking up. “ suffering is the Goad to enlightenment . There is great hope for the future .. being 78 I won’t see it and I don’t intend to come back….i don’t put my faith in individuals Like Trumps and Putins we are responsible for our own fate. Trump was groomed by the world military group called hilariously the White hats aparrently 800 generals and Admirals from every military in the world….some friends I have in several of these militaries are convinced that it started when Kennedy was killed because he was going to go back to the Gold state with Sukarno who was deposed as he was working with Kennedy and a large group secretly to destroy the CIA. It kicked in after WW11 when the US was high on its own propaganda of having won the war - they didn't, they just wrote the history books and made movies to confirm the narrative - and the realisation that so many countries now bankrupt, depended on their aid. The Americans over the years added more and more conditions. Political corruption US style was born which has morphed into commie totalitarianism today and the CIA call the shots.
