In between Nyabinghi Ceremony's at the Rastari School of Visions we relaxed and prepared meals. This day we prepared the most incredible Rasta Soup, that they call "SIP" for all the community that resided in the mountains.

That is called Sancocho. They just removed the meat because prior to the colonization of the Caribbean it never had meat in it. So I wish they would call it what it is so that people can reconnect. Peace! Jah Ovah!

They want to change the name of ITAL food to all different names vegan ect ect ITAL a Rasta food from day one, NO salt all vegetable cook in coconut milk, very healthy,no blood pressure ect ect so leave Rasta food do not change it's name from ITAL to vegan, ital is vital
