You can ask at your local grocery store in the bakery dept for free buckets. They will give them to you, that is where I get mine. Very sturdy and they are food grade plastic as they originally contained frosting.
I am hoping that you are still using this method. Will you please tell me where you bought the trays and the waterer that attaches to the faucet? I tried looking up Water Right but did not find the company. It may be spelled differently..... Thank you in advance!!
The Pizza Dough Trays are Inside dimension 16" x 24" x 2-7/8" Outside dimension 17-1/8" x 25-7/8" x 3-1/4" and can be ordered on Amazon or Google them they are stackable and the fibreglass trays are the best ones.

what size are your trays? where did you get them? Are you doing straight wheat/barley or did i see some boss added?

She has drain holes in the side , but yes you need to put drain holes so mold doesn't set up.
