Woooooow awesome video. Probably one of the best typology videos to hit youtube in a looooong time. extremely well conducted interview with awesomely thought out questions, not to mention the coup of getting Nardi as an interviewee. Really great stuff Sus.

It's interesting so Daro Nardi considers himself an INTJ and he feels he's the more holistic variety which I believe would be the Ni/Fi jumper types in OPS; it's interesting applying the different systems to his research; and seeing where validity comes in.
But I would say in OPS typing Dario is a similar type to Dave SuperPowers ; but that has been via my observation thus far.

Finally, I got to watch the second video. I need to read some of his papers. It's a great breakthrough if it's been proven experimentally that people with same MBTI type exhibit very similar brain pattens. You should bring more experts in the field for interviews. Great Video!!

Yes, it is very interesting. His book "Neuroscience of personality" is inexpensive on amazon, and includes alot of interesting tidbits of information relevant to type. My current understanding is that has a database of people, wich he is still gathering information for. Where there are correlations. However its not entirely straight foreward where you can pinpoint exact type at this point in time. However he do like to talk about ENFP's as then seem to converge well, and alot of ENFP's like to have their brains scanned :)
I also enjoy making content featuring interesting people, i have a couple that will come on here eventually. People have their own things they attend to, but there will be more interesting content on here in the future :)

I didn't know you had a channel, and you were able to have a discussion with Dario! that's awesome. So far I'm 24 mins in and I want to note his pet peeve with N types mistaking language based reasoning with thinking. This is something that I think Eric has really done quite a bit, that I personally thought was incorrect. When I start on my research program in the next year or 2 I would like to collaborate with Dario.

I don’t think I even grasp the concept of ‘language based thinking’, let alone other kinds...😢

      @@TheIntrovertedThinker Okay.
I take classes with Katherine Fauvre, who created tritype, so that isn't really how it works...but maybe I'm just being pedantic.

@@jonathancampbell5231 Katherine Fauvre is not the only theorist within enneagram theory. Tritype is addition to previous theory, so why would it be wrong for others to base theirs on what started out as hers.
