Another great video! It's always fun for the flying portion but was nice to see all the ground operations as well. Thanks for sharing!! Would love to see a rear mounted camera facing forward to catch the panel at the same time during flight?
Hi Martin, Thank you for the great videos. I enjoy watching and appreciate your professionalism. I have considered trying the Clarity Aloft headset. Notice you fly with a set. Have they met your expectations? Any reason you do not use an ANR set? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks and safe flying!
Hi Dominic, The headset I use is the Halo from Quiet Technologies, not the Clarity Aloft. I believe they are very similar, though. I really like the Halo (vs. a traditional, ANR) headset because of the extremely light weight and lack of pressure on my ears. It doesn't feel like wearing a headset at all. It also gives me an extra inch of headroom - I'm a tall guy, so that's important to me.
I tried to get it on the ground at Beverly, but was unable to receive it there. So I did the next best thing, which is get the latest weather report (METAR) online. I had already checked NOTAMs online. I figure that should cover it; I expected that on this very short flight with busy approach control frequencies there wouldn't be a real chance to listen to the ATIS in the air.
It is always a pleasure to watch your videos Martin!
Airway robbery! Great video Martin, and thanks for letting us fly along at your expense! Cheers!
You are very welcome, Av8tor501.
Great Vlog and love the new camera view of the transponder and G530...Thank you!~
As a PPL I really enjoy your videos. Lots of the type of flying I hope to do in the not too distant future. Thanks and keep it up!
Great job Martin, love your videos. What an expensive little trip! Keep up the great work. Dennis
Yes, expensive - that's what I thought. Until I went to JFK a few days later...
Thank you Martin. I've watched several of your excellent videos and am learning a lot. I really appreciate you.
Thanks for the kind words, looseparts. Glad you liked what you've seen so far.
It worth a try flying in bravo airspace and landing in major airport ,your nephew will never forget this flight, good video every time Martin.

Thank you for the feedback Martin. I appreciate it.
22:17 that gate is where one of the hijacked planes departed from on 9/11 there are only two gates with American flags on them
I did not know that. Thank you for pointing this out, John.
Regards, Martin
Look at Premier 1 Driver video at Boston, he said the same. People are really nice there but Massport fees are a little expensive.
Nice video !

Wow, it took as long to taxi to your FBO as it took to fly to the darn airport!
Probably accurate on this short flight! :-)

Having three places after the decimal point makes that look like $268,700 as a landing fee and not $268.70. Please tell me it was $268 dollars.
Yes, it was $268. It was bad, but not THAT bad. :)
Martin, you probably edited it out because of the length, but did you pick up Boston ATIS in the air or on the ground back at BVY?
I tried to get it on the ground at Beverly, but was unable to receive it there. So I did the next best thing, which is get the latest weather report (METAR) online. What was that strange looking twin pusher you parked next to?
That's a Piaggio Avanti. At first glance, it looks a bit like the Beech Starship, but it's a more recent design from Italy.
$268 to land???? Would they waive the fee if you bought fuel?
Typically, FBOs can waive the handling charge with a fuel purchase. They don't have much say over the other fees that the airport or city defines.
