it's lovely but for that price; there should be a central water system;central AC system; central water heater ;the house should also be fully automated, poor choice of ceiling down lights, ugly chandelier. I think the cost is mainly due to the location. thumbs up Gabriel.
Azin ehh. Why would I want to live in a 1.2mill house when am sharing fence with my neighbor and he can see inside my house. If I want to spend that kind of money at least show me space and greenery and like a nice drive way surrounded by long trees
It’s be nice if you follow up your ‘Massive size space’ commentary with actual dimensions of the spaces. That way your viewers can easily relate to what they are seeing.

Lovely house but the BQ should've being a full 3bedroom flat with living room and kitchen of it's own for that price so even family can stay there and still maintain privacy.

AN AMAZING STRUCTURE. A HOUSE WORTH $1.2M WITH AN OVERHEAD TANK FOR WATER SOURSE IS WHAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND. A STRUCTURE LOCATED RIGHT HERE IN THE HEART OF ABUJA. THIS MAKES ME SICK. LET US DO BETTER.
This man said DOLLARS. We Nigerians are very unserious. For that kind of money, I'd be able to get half an acre of land with plenty of greenery, central AC, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and maybe even furnishing. Let us please reevaluate our definition of "luxury".
I'm sorry; this house is not worth that price. This is a house that is worth half the price, or maybe a little more, not 1.2USD. What are the amenities that contribute to this price? All I can see is that the house has all the basic things that a house worth half the price should have. A swimming pool is not anything special in a house in the modern era of real estate. And for that price, the house shouldn't be that close to anyone. You should have a decent parking lot.

Central AC is bullshit

Probably the land takes a chunk of the final price
Such outrageous pricing for an empty house... Ain't worth it...
zero value for money.
