Thank you for taking the time to show us how to do this 👍 I’m wondering if you can tell me why the low engine oil pressure alarm goes off intermittently on my new to me 2012 Chevy Cruze with 1.4 litre turbo . The oil level is good the engine SOUNDS great no knock or rattles. The mechanic SAID he replaced the sending sensor??? And told me it’s fixed. Well that very day same thing happened again. When I have driven car for 10 minutes plus , I shut off come back to car starts up fine put in reverse. Start backing up say 10 feet and alarm is on again. Pull ahead to parking spot shut car off. Turn back on , and it’s fine for a few trips. But since he replaced the sensor just the other day it happened again so have not driven since. Mechanic tells me he needs the car to do it for him when he has a gauge on it and see what pressure actually does. Sorry for long story but I’m not sure if this mechanic ( registered journeymen mechanic) actually did replace the sensor the first time and didn’t just clear the error ( if that’s possible? ). Thank you for the vid. I've got a 14 plate cruze. 2 things. 1. Keeps telling me I'm due a service soon. 2. Now it's saying change oil soon. I don't appear to have the oil indicator on my little info window thing . Was serviced 1400 miles ago. Any help would be massively appreciated
Mate I have been trying to find about how to reset the oil change light on my chevy cruise ,I am in Thailand and it is a Thailand model of course its a 2012 model LTZ 2litre turbo diesel. its a keyless entry model and that seems to be the problem trying to find a video , can you help me please the local dealership has closed down here.

Great video. You always make the best videos. Jim, I have a 2002 Buick Lesaber. About a week ago the ABS and Brake lights came on. I was low on brake fluid. I added brake fluid. That fix the problem. Now a week later the ABS and brake lights have come back on. The car is full of brake fluid. The brake pads seem to be in good shape. Do you know how I can reset the ABS and Brake lights? Is there a button somewhere to reset them? I am grateful for any advice you can give me. Thank you, Tommy.
Good Info but you were to close on the video image to see your hands , controls and screen together at the time of action . Some times the display was blocked bye the steering wheel ..However good job and thank you
Hi Jim maybe you can give me some advice I seen your video I don't know if we have the same problem the oil ain't changed it about 2 months ago and everything was fine this happened just now like 2 days ago the car was running perfect then I parked it went back in and it won't start anyway do you have any comments

That's the same procedure as our Vauxhall Insignia over here Jim. In fact the body style looks pretty much the same as well.

my wife had her oil changed today and where she used to see her digital mph readout it says oil 100%. how does she get back to the mph?

Yes you can but don't go more than 5,000 miles or 6 months between oil changes.
